Ci ha fatti sentire subito a nostro agio, ci ha saputo consigliare su tutto, modello, tessuti, spazio che avevamo a disposizione per sfruttare al meglio ogni cosa. Ci ha persino suggerito il tavolino giusto per questioni di spazio e adatto al nostro arredamento. Inoltre ci ha consigliati benissimo anche nella scelta del tipo di pagamento. Davvero complimenti a Luca e a Poltrone e Sofà!! Ora non rimane che aspettare l'arrivo del nostro meraviglioso divano. We went to Poltrone e Sofà di Latina last Saturday, we had studied some sofa models on the website and we had the exact measurements but Luca's help was indispensable !! He immediately made us feel at ease, he was able to advise us on everything, model, fabrics, space we had available to make the most of everything. He even suggested the right coffee table for reasons of space and suitable for our furniture. He also advised us very well in choosing the type of payment. Congratulations to Luca and to Poltrone e Sofà !! Now all that remains is to wait for the arrival of our wonderful sofa.

Un divano già in magazzino, preso per non aspettare troppo tempo, vengo assicurato entro 7/10 giorni lavorativi, se non chiamavo stavo ancora aspettando a vuoto, forse per il 17 Febbraio arriverà..... Era gennaio. Very kind but only on the facade. A sofa already in stock, taken so as not to wait too long, I am insured within 7/10 working days, if I did not call I was still waiting empty, maybe for February 17th it will arrive ..... Beh che dire... Siamo scappati dagli altri negozi dove commessi, poco preparati e superficiali, ci hanno trattato con aria di sufficienza una volta che dato il nostro budget e fatta la nostra richiesta. Siamo quindi tornati da poltrone sofà dove ci ha serviti Luca, ragazzo preparato cordiale disponibile. E' stato lui la chiave della nostra scelta... Ci siamo sentiti trattati con rispetto per le nostre esigenze, non sottovalutati e inoltre con educazione e preparazione ci ha portato a spendere anche il doppio rispetto a quanto inizialmente da noi fissato come budget (questo per dire che a volte una persona non del campo può anche non avere bene idea del costo dei prodotti, ma con un giusto trattamento e una giusta comunicazione le trattative si concludono)... Meno buona l'esperienza con la ditta esterna di consegna che è invece un po' approssimata e non molto professionale... We escaped from the other shops where shop assistants, poorly prepared and superficial, treated us with an air of disdain once we gave our budget and made our request. We then returned from the sofa armchairs where Luca, a friendly and helpful prepared guy, served us. He was the key to our choice ... We felt treated with respect for our needs, not underestimated and furthermore with education and preparation he led us to spend even double what we initially set as a budget (this to say that sometimes a person not from the field may not have a good idea of the cost of the products, but with the right treatment and the right communication the negotiations are concluded) ... Less good experience with the external delivery company that it is rather approximate and not very professional ...

Errato ordine per la disposizione del divano, e ora impossibilità di cambiarlo in quanto fuori produzione. I soldi non sono bruscolini e non è poi così tanto vero che soddisfare i desideri dei Vs clienti. Pessimi coloro che non hanno a che fare direttamente con i clienti.
