M	Massimiliano Schiavo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato una parete soggiorno ad ottobre 2021, la venditrice ci aveva assicurato che la consegna sarebbe avvenuta il 22 di novembre. La data di consegna non è stata rispettata, ma la cosa che rende estremamente scorretto il servizio post vendita è che comunque due giorni prima dell' ipotetica consegna hanno voluto il saldo, senza avvisarci che il mobile non sarebbe stato consegnato nella data indicata, in più quando abbiamo chiamato più volte il punto vendita per chiedere spiegazioni non era mai presente la persona incaricata dell'organizzazione delle consegne. Naturalmente la promessa di essere richiamati non veniva mai mantenuta. Finalmente il mobile viene consegnato e montato il 7 gennaio 2022 e purtroppo con enorme dispiacere ci accorgiamo, solo dopo il montaggio, che la parte interna della struttura era seriamente danneggiato. I montatori sicuramente l'hanno vista ma hanno fatto gli scorretti e non ci hanno detto nulla!!! Mai avuto a che fare con una ditta così poco corretta e professionale. We ordered a living room wall in October 2021, the seller assured us that the delivery would take place on November 22nd. The delivery date was not respected, but the thing that makes the after-sales service extremely incorrect is that in any case two days before the hypothetical delivery they wanted the balance, without informing us that the furniture would not be delivered on the date indicated, moreover when we called the store several times to ask for explanations, the person in charge of organizing the deliveries was never present. Of course, the promise to be called back was never kept. Finally the piece of furniture is delivered and assembled on January 7, 2022 and unfortunately with great regret we realize, only after assembly, that the internal part of the structure was seriously damaged. The editors certainly saw it but they did the wrong things and didn't tell us anything !!! I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional and unprofessional company.

Per merito suo ho acquistato tutti i mobili della mia prima e unica casa. Ma sicuramente per altri acquisti mi rivolgerò nuovamente a Valerio. Grazie a lui ho deciso di acquistare tutti i mobili lì perché con lui ci sentivamo seguiti a 360 gradi. Che dire?! Entrate e chiedete di Valerio così andate sul sicuro!
