Top??? I suggested to my brother to put an automatic coffee dispenser in his business ... I have been AL.VI for 5 years now as a car manager and I highly recommend it ... given their courtesy, professionalism and timeliness in case of technical interventions. Top???

Abbiamo avuto nella mia azienda (PR 2 AGHI SNC) i loro distributori automatici per un paio di mesi, ma non passavano a ricaricare i prodotti in quanto dovevamo sempre avvisarli noi. In più ci hanno portato via la macchina senza avvisarci prima perché a detta loro, consumavamo in media 3 caffè al giorno quando in azienda siamo in 10 e minimo i caffè che consumavamo erano tra gli 8 e i 10 giornalieri. Senza contare il fatto che quando finiva un prodotto tra i freschi, invece di rimettere quello terminato ne inserivano sempre un altro a loro scelta. Mah! Tante promesse... Bad experience! We had their vending machines in my company (PR 2 AGHI SNC) for a couple of months, but they didn't come by to refill the products as we always had to notify them. In addition, they took our machine away without notifying us first because according to them, we consumed on average 3 coffees a day when there are 10 of us in the company and at least the coffees we consumed were between 8 and 10 a day. Not to mention the fact that when a product ran out among the fresh ones, instead of putting the finished one back, they always inserted another one of their choice. Mah! So many promises ...

Ci siamo affidati a loro da circa un anno e devo dire che ogni volta rimango sbalordito per l'efficienza di questa notevole struttura. Ragazzi in gamba a partire dai Responsabili che sono sempre reperibili, di conseguenza anche chi rifornisce le macchine è sempre molto attento al minimo particolare, domandando alla fine se avessimo bisogno di ulteriori necessità. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE a chi ha bisogno di questo tipo di servizio, Complimenti ancora a tutto l'organico!!! Voto 10 Leading company in the sector, competent staff, quality service and impeccable cleanliness .... what about models of this kind it is difficult to find them. We have been relying on them for about a year and I must say that every time I am amazed at the efficiency of this remarkable structure. Smart guys starting from the Managers who are always available, consequently even those who supply the machines are always very attentive to the smallest detail, asking at the end if we needed further needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to those who need this type of service, Congratulations again to all the staff !!! Vote 10
