Sicuramente la ragazza addetta alle vendite era molto gentile e disponibile e seria, ma da parte di poltrone sofà non ho trovato queste qualità e spiego il perchè: a parte l'attesa di 8 settimane per avere il divano, appena arrivato, al momento della consegna ci accorgiamo di un buchino sul rivestimento del bracciolo. Morale della favola, dopo svariate telefonate tra me e il negozio, portano via il rivestimento facendomi aspettare un'altro mese e mezzo per avere quello nuovo. Secondo me dovevano lasciare il vecchio e sostituirlo all'arrivo del nuovo, invece mi hanno fatto stare con il divano senza rivestimento per 40 giorni. Mai più poltrone sofá. I bought a sofa from armchairs and sofas thinking of finding kindness, availability and seriousness. Surely the sales girl was very kind and helpful and serious, but on the part of sofa armchairs I did not find these qualities and I explain why: apart from waiting 8 weeks to have the sofa, just arrived, at the time of delivery we notice a small hole in the armrest upholstery. Moral of the story, after several phone calls between me and the shop, they take away the upholstery making me wait another month and a half to get the new one. In my opinion they had to leave the old one and replace it when the new one arrived, instead they made me stay with the sofa without cover for 40 days. No more sofa armchairs.

L’unica cosa che non mi ha convinta è che di fatto viene detto al cliente solo il prezzo già scontato, quando invece per correttezza bisognerebbe partire dal prezzo intero al quale poi si applica lo sconto. Il prezzo di partenza in realtà non compare mai. Altrimenti non c’è chiarezza. The sales clerk was very kind and very professional, the shop was welcoming and well stocked. The only thing that did not convince me is that in fact the customer is only told the already discounted price, when instead, to be fair, it would be necessary to start from the full price to which the discount is then applied. The starting price actually never appears. Otherwise there is no clarity.

Con curiosità ma scettico… Invece ho trovato un negozio accogliente, pieno di prodotti in mostra ma soprattutto 2 commessi con la C maiuscola che trasmettevano entusiasmo in quello che facevo anche nel momento di massimo affollamento. I loro occhi sempre sorridenti, mai scortesi è molto simpatici. Siamo usciti grazie ai suggerimenti della Sig.da Rosanna a scegliere quello che ci piaceva ed abbiamo acquistato il nostro divano. Complimenti It was the first time I walked into a PoltroneSofà shop thinking it would be a visit like any other shop to spend an afternoon. With curiosity but skeptical ... Instead I found a welcoming shop, full of products on display but above all 2 salesmen with a capital C who transmitted enthusiasm in what I did even in the moment of maximum crowding. Their eyes always smiling, never rude and very nice. We went out thanks to Mrs. Rosanna's suggestions to choose what we liked and we bought our sofa. Well done
