Poi una volta rimasto solo ho potuto esporre il mio problema e non mi hanno per nulla saputo consigliare aggiungendo che se compravo qualche sacco di cemento in più , non accettavano resi. Cose assurde che da altre parti non serve nemmeno specificare. Sicuramente non ci tornerò più. Un consiglio ai titolari, verificare periodicamente ľefficenza dei propri dipendenti...... Alla preparazione del personale piuttosto che a uno degli altri mille aspetti che dovrebbe caratterizzare una struttura considerata comunque uno dei riferimenti del mercato ma... purtroppo non mi è stata data questa possibilità. Mi sono recato presso lo showroom per un preventivo relativo a pavimento Porte e forse infissi per un appartamento di circa 100mq, una volta entrati si nota comunque un ambiente molto curato e gradevole. Non è presente una reception, per cui abbiamo proseguito verso quelli che ci sembravano uffici/postazioni vendita. Presenti nr 2 venditori; uno impegnato con cliente, l'altra libera. Abbiamo fatto avanti e indietro una decina di volte e l'unica attenzione ricevuta è stato un saluto timido. Abbiamo insistito per altri 5 minuti e alla fine ce ne siamo andati. Peccato. Premetto che nei giorni i scorsi ho visitato i maggiori competitor e siamo sempre stati accolti ed indirizzati. I wish I could have left a review on the showroom and reception. Sto facendo una ristrutturazione ed è l'unico esercizio fino adesso che ti da quello che ti serve e ti chiede di pagare a fine mese.
