 Extremely positive experience! I went for the second time to Poltrone & Sofà with my partner for the purchase of a second sofa, expressly requesting Nicola's assistance .... Without taking anything away from anyone, Nicola is a professional like few others. Many of his qualities: accurate in the presentation of the sofa models, transparent and honest in expressing opinions and advice, polite, helpful, patient; demonstrates safety and is very familiar with the product that he proposes to the customer's attention. Perche pubblicizzate sconti del 50%più un ULTERIORE 40% e poi in realtà non è VERO? PERCHE IO QUESTI SCONTI NON LI HO VISTI.

Ho acquistato un divano relax allo store di casamassima a fine Agosto 2021, nel momento in cui mi è stato consegnato nel vederlo sembrava in ottime condizioni ma come ho provato a sedermi la struttura ha ceduto e i ragazzi hanno provato ad aggiustarlo con un martello.Controllando meglio il divano era pieno di difetti.I ragazzi mi avevano assicurato che tornando in azienda avrebbero dichiarato che il divano era difettato e che in 15-20 giorni avrebbero provveduto alla sostituzione. Sono passati mesi, mi hanno contattato da casamassima dicendomi che il divano bisognava ritirarlo senza darmi una data di riconsegna e non dandoci neanche un divano sostitutivo dato che il problema è stato causato dalla loro incapacità di vendere. Andremo per vie legali. Non fidatevi di poltrone sofà.
Bad experience. I purchased a relaxation sofa at the casamassima store at the end of August 2021, when it was delivered to me it looked in excellent condition when I saw it but as I tried to sit down the structure gave way and the guys tried to fix it with a hammer. the sofa was full of defects. The boys assured me that when they returned to the company they would declare that the sofa was defective and that in 15-20 days they would have it replaced. Months have passed, they contacted me from casamassima telling me that the sofa had to be collected without giving me a return date and not even giving us a replacement sofa since the problem was caused by their inability to sell. We will go through legal channels. Don't trust sofa armchairs.
