Infatti Carolina ci ha guidati proprio verso il tipo di divano che cercavamo, mostrandoci i pro e i contro di alcuni modelli, trovando infine il prodotto perfetto per noi. Dopo due mesi mi riconsegnano il divano, palesemente rattoppato, infatti si vedeva chiaramente la differenza di colore della pelle sostituita. Ho rifiutato la consegna e ad oggi non posseggo né il divano né i 1600 euro. Sarò costretto a rivolgermi ad un legale. Per quanto narrato mi sento disgustato dall'accaduto e non farei nemmeno mezza stella. Bad experience, sofa paid for 1600.00, returned after a few days because it shows obvious defects inherent in premature wear of the leather. After two months they give me back the sofa, clearly patched, in fact you could clearly see the color difference of the replaced leather. I refused delivery and to date I don't own the sofa or the 1600 euros. I will be forced to go to a lawyer. As narrated, I feel disgusted by what happened and I would not even make half a star.

Con semplici domande è riuscito a farci trovare il divano giusto e sopratutto del giusto colore. È stato bravissimo a consigliarci e a convincerci ad acquistare il doppio rivestimento. Grazie a presto. Mr. Emilio was immediately friendly, kind and helpful, putting us at ease in choosing the sofa suitable for us.
