Sono stata nel negozio della Cartiera di Pompei per reclamare,la responsabile mi ha risposto che vanno lavati a mano. Avete mai provato a lavare un accappatoio a mano,sapete quanto diventa pesante? i	iltuo consulente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi giorno 20 dicembre 2021 sono andato a fare delle compere (che ho fatto) avendo preso un set di piatti da 12 ho chiesto gentilmente alla commessa,se potesse controllare se fossero integri, la commessa è stata molto ma molto molto antipatica,ve la voglio descrivere così non la chiamate quando avete qualche problema,perché non ve lo risolverà sicuramente, capelli rossi altezza 1 70 accento molto marcato napoletano tatuaggio in vista sulla mano sinistra, ho dovuto aprire il pacco e controllare io stesso se i piatti fossero integri, voglia di lavorare saltami addosso voglio capire che comunque Natale e passeranno tante persone in negozio però se si hanno problemi,si lasciano a casa,che non puoi fare la commessa,licenziati, oppure impara ad essere educata perché sei stata educata come una bestia. E ci si aspetta che un commesso conosca i prodotti che ha all interno del negozio dove ci lavora. Morale della storia:cercavo un prodotto mi hanno detto che non c'era senza neanche provare a vedere e invece guardando io(neanche con tanta attenzione) era dietro l'angolo.. Mi sono servita da sola! Ps non era a chiusura ? Unqualified staff and not at all attentive .. The customer must be followed and accepted in the requests he makes .. And a salesman is expected to know the products he has inside the shop where he works. Ho provato a rivolgermi al punto vendita del centro commerciale "La cartiera " a Pompei e, dopo un giorno, ho ricevuto il mio ordine. Oltre al fatto di essere stata assistita egregiamente da Lucia che, mi ha chiamata per accertarsi dell'avvenuta consegna e che tutto fosse in regola. I can honestly say that I had a more than positive experience. I made an online purchase, after about a month, I had no track of it. I tried to contact the sales point of the "La Cartiera" shopping center in Pompeii and, after a day, I received my order. In addition to the fact of having been very well assisted by Lucia who called me to make sure of the delivery and that everything was in order.
C	Carmen Star on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto parecchi acquisti presso questo negozio; la qualità non è di certo tra le migliori ma approfittando di varie offerte ogni tanto (in particolare di quelle dedicate al Black Friday e simili) ho fatto molti affari. Purtroppo, leggendo le recensioni, concordo con l’opinione dei molti: il personale, per la maggior parte, è scortese e arrogante. L’approccio con il cliente dovrebbe essere una priorità ma a quanto pare non lo è di questa catena (o di questo negozio). Non mi riferisco a tutte le commesse (alcune sono davvero gentili e disponibili) ma solo ad una parte ed in particolare al commesso uomo, che serve i clienti con fare presuntuoso (lo sconsiglio). I have made several purchases at this shop; the quality is certainly not among the best but taking advantage of various offers every now and then (in particular those dedicated to Black Friday and the like) I did a lot of business. Unfortunately, reading the reviews, I agree with the opinion of many: the staff, for the most part, are rude and arrogant. The approach with the customer should be a priority but apparently it is not of this chain (or this store). I am not referring to all orders (some are really kind and helpful) but only to a part and in particular to the salesman, who serves customers with a presumptuous attitude (I do not recommend it).
