A	Andrea Diodati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver dato un acconto di ben 480€ mi viene detto che per la consegna sarebbe passato un mese, il che già mi sembrava troppo, considerando il prezzo del prodotto (oltre 1500€) e la grande pubblicità che l'azienda offre in televisione ecc. In ogni caso, passato oltre 1 mese, ricevo una telefonata nella quale mi viene detto che causa ritardo sarebbe passato un altro mese. Ne passa ancora 1 altro ancora senza aver ricevuto alcuna comunicazione: 3 mesi senza aver ricevuto nulla. A quel punto, spazientito, scrivo al servizio clienti e mi viene programmata finalmente la consegna dopo quasi 4 mesi. Mi sarei aspettato almeno un'attenzione commerciale, considerato il prezzo del prodotto e il disservizio, ma non mi è stato fatto alcuno sconto. Il prodotto è comunque di buona qualità ma considerandone il costo mi aspettavo decisamente di più. Sono rimasto nel complesso insoddisfatto. At that point, impatient, I write to customer service and the delivery is finally scheduled after almost 4 months. I would have expected at least some commercial attention, considering the price of the product and the disservice, but I was not given any discount. The product is still of good quality but considering the cost I expected much more. I was overall dissatisfied.

Non lasciatevi scappare una venditrice così... sono del mestiere e venditori professionali gentili e preparati ce ne sono pochi. Mi è dispiaciuto non riuscire a comprare anche il Plaid.
