Ho comprato una cucina, montata a marzo in maniera pessima, tutte le ante non sono state regolate, le maniglie montate malissimo, il top in okite ad angolo messo a due altezze diverse e fuori squadro.. Alzatina in okite ancora da siliconare, staffe per la penisola "artigianali". Ho sollecitato più volte per risolvere questi problemi, è venuto stesso il titolare ma se ne è andato dicendo che all'80% la cucina era stata montata bene, come se avessi pagato per l'80%. Mah, forse sarò stato sfortunato o troppo puntiglioso, però mi aspettavo una professionalità diversa, sia come rapporto con il cliente, sia in fase di montaggio... Forse i vari Ikea e MondoConvenienza lavorano meglio. Le tre stelle sono per i materiali, tutto il resto sottozero ! Friendly, cordial and available until the time of payment. Appena entrati la prima volta in negozio abbiamo subito notato la differenza rispetto ad altri showroom visti, poi col passare dei giorni, quando le idee si concretizzavano abbiamo costatato ancora di più la professionalità del personale. Ad oggi, a distanza di pochi mesi, siamo sempre più contenti della scelta fatta e di come ci hanno sopportato e supportato su ogni piccola decisione. Nel nostro caso sono stati molto bravi ad arredare ogni piccolo spazio dando vita ai rendering progettati insieme al computer in maniera veramente unica e formidabile. ps. scusate il ritardo, un abbraccio :) When you are about to start the most beautiful project of your life you need capable, helpful and courteous people who know how to understand you on the fly to achieve what you have in mind in the best way. As soon as we entered the store for the first time, we immediately noticed the difference compared to other showrooms we have seen, then as the days went by, when the ideas materialized, we noticed even more the professionalism of the staff. To date, a few months later, we are increasingly happy with the choice made and how they have endured and supported us on every little decision. In our case they were very good at furnishing every small space, giving life to the renderings designed together with the computer in a truly unique and formidable way. ps. sorry I'm late, a hug :)
