S	Sandra Zocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza snervante: commessa arrogante e maleducata e sicuramente poco portata alla vendita...mi sono recata in questo negozio con la mia famiglia che alla fine ha deciso di acquistare il divano..io non l'avrei mai fatto... infatti basta guardare le recensioni pessime che ci sono su questi prodotti per farsi un idea....guardate e girate prima di acquistare!! Nervous experience: arrogant and rude saleswoman and certainly not very good at selling ... I went to this shop with my family who in the end decided to buy the sofa ... I would never have done it ... in fact just look the bad reviews that there are on these products to get an idea .... look and turn before buying!

Dispononibilità e assistenza al top! I had problems with the backrest padding of my new sofa, but thanks to Miss Francesca I was able to solve it by getting the cushions replaced in a very short time! Top availability and assistance!

Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio e la venditrice ha capito immediatamente i nostri gusti e le nostre esigenze, proponendoci un meraviglioso divano al prezzo che volevamo. We were greeted with great courtesy and professionalism. We immediately felt at ease and the seller immediately understood our tastes and needs, offering us a wonderful sofa at the price we wanted.
M	Mirko F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi sono trovato malissimo ho comprato un divano attendendo 2 mesi per l'arrivo (cosa normalissima) ma ho avuto problemi sin dall' inizio. Appena arrivato a casa dopo una settimana per un difetto di fabbrica mi se ne uscita una poltrona totalmente sganciata dalla struttura. L hanno riportato indietro, mi è arrivato dopo due mesi. E continuo ad avere problemi. Divano che balla, il cuscino dello schienale che si è deformato dopo pochi mesi.. insomma.. mi serve un'altro divano e sicuramente non lo riprenderò li. Che tra l'altro c'è da dire che purtroppo il personale una persona in particolare è molto scorbutica. Mi hanno risposto male diverse volte e sicuramente non lo Consiglio. Per lo meno non consiglio questo punto vendita. Peccato.. perché i divani li comunque Hanno un costo... E nonostante tutto ho avuto questo risultato.

SIAMO STATI BUTTATI FUORI sgarbatamente da una delle signore presenti, perche secondo lei, stavamo mettendo in disordine il negozio senza dover effettivamente comprare quel giorno! Forse l'azienda dovrebbe investire un po' di più sulla cultura alla vendita delle proprie dipendenti in quanto noi saremmo potuti tornare a comprare anche il giorno dopo! Abbiamo provato pena e vergogna per lei. Pessima esperienza We went in just to have a look, as we already have a sofa from this company but in anticipation of a future change we were hoping to find an opportunity! WE WERE RUDELY THROWED OUT by one of the ladies present, because according to her, we were messing up the shop without actually having to buy that day! Perhaps the company should invest a little more in the culture of selling its employees as we could have come back to buy again the next day! We felt pain and shame for her. Bad experience

Nel negozio ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio grazie anche alla disponibilità e cordialità delle ragazze presenti. La nostra referente Luisa si è messa subito a disposizione facendoci provare svariati divani ,illustrandoci , nel contempo , tutte le varie composizioni . Acquisto effettuato ,attendiamo arrivo . Consigliatissimo . We went to the Montesilvano shop where we completed the purchase of a nice sofa. In the shop we were immediately at ease thanks to the availability and friendliness of the girls present. Our contact person Luisa immediately made herself available by letting us try out various sofas, showing us, at the same time, all the various compositions. Purchase made, we await arrival. Highly recommended.

We walked in 5min before closing time....Hats off to the amazing, friendly and helpful shop assistant that was willing to assist us even after the shop closed for lunch time and everyone else has left. Not once did she rush us - that is what I call customer service!! We went in to buy a couch and left the shop having bought 2 coffee tables, a carpet, cushions and yes a gorgeous couch
