Ma ciò che secondo me fa la differenza rispetto agli altri negozi è il personale. Mauro oltre ad essere un ottimo professionista, ci ha aiutato per un problema di pagamento non affatto facile da risolvere. È importantissimo affidarsi a delle persone così corrette e in gamba. Consigliatissimo! The sofa is undoubtedly beautiful and of excellent quality and with timely arrival. But what makes the difference in my opinion compared to other stores is the staff. Besides being an excellent professional, Mauro helped us with a payment problem that was not at all easy to solve. It is very important to rely on such correct and smart people. Highly recommended!

Consiglio vivamente questo negozio, non solo per i divani Federici Sofà che sono molto belli, versatili e curati, ma soprattutto per l'attenzione al cliente: il personale è accogliente, sorridente, molto preparato e accompagna il cliente in ogni fase. Sono generalmente una persona molto indecisa e sono stata consigliata al meglio, senza pressioni per la vendita e soprattutto con simpatia e professionalità. Scilla super simpatica e competente, sa come metterti a tuo agio e venirti incontro per qualsiasi esigenza, tant’è che in seguito alla mia richiesta di un cambio colore in tempi non proprio tempestivi, mi ha subito accontentata!
