Very comfortable, spacious and well appointed room, consider providing a kettle. The presence of the fridge is great! its proximity to the train station, the city center and the places to go out make it exceptional accommodation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stelle giusto per la posizione centralissima se no meriterebbe forse appena 1 stella.
Le camere sono situate all'interno di un palazzo storico al 1° piano senza ascensore e senza reception.
Ci si può accedere solamente dopo il web check-in, dove viene generato un PIN provvisorio per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
Grazie a quello si potrà così entrare e uscire dalla stanza, nella speranza che non ve lo dimentichiate o nella speranza che non vi si scarichi il cellulare.
Le camere sono spaziose ma al quanto pessime a mio avviso per le seguenti cose:
1) Biancheria sporca o bucata.
2)Letto matrimoniale composto da 2 letti singoli uniti così ci si sprofonda dentro.
3) Tende che non coprono nulla e non ci sono nemmeno le tapparelle ma solamente veneziane di una volta che fanno passare la luce.
4) Bagno con tavoletta del WC che si muove.
5) Box doccia guasto che non si chiude.
6) Lavandino tutto crepato.
7) Set cortesia con 2 saponette e bagno schiuma contati di numero.
8) Frigo bar senza nulla al suo interno.
9) Testata del letto in ecopelle tutta rovinata
10) Costo di 114€ per 1 notte in 2 persone e se si chiede la gentilezza di lasciare il bagaglio in custodia, da buoni braccine corte ti vengono richiesti 20€ di supplemento.
Per 1 notte può anche andar bene, ma più di una assolutamente no.
2 stars just for the central location, otherwise it might just deserve 1 star.
The rooms are located in a historic building on the 1st floor with no lift and no reception.
It can only be accessed after web check-in, where a temporary PIN is generated for the duration of the stay.
Thanks to that you will be able to enter and leave the room, in the hope that you will not forget it or in the hope that you will not download your mobile phone.
The rooms are spacious but very bad in my opinion for the following things:
1) Dirty or laundry with holes in it.
2) Double bed consisting of 2 single beds pushed together so you can sink into it.
3) Curtains that do not cover anything and there are not even roller shutters but only old-fashioned Venetian blinds that let the light through.
4) Bathroom with toilet seat that moves.
5) Faulty shower cubicle that does not close.
6) Sink all cracked.
7) Courtesy set with 2 counted soaps and bubble bath.
8) Mini bar with nothing inside.
9) Headboard in completely ruined eco-leather
10) Cost of 114 € for 1 night in 2 people and if you ask the kindness to leave your luggage in custody, by good short arms you are asked for a supplement of € 20.
For 1 night it may be fine, but more than one absolutely not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for few nights. Looks like flat repaired and makes as hotel. Big rooms, really easy. Close to central train station, a lot supermarkets around, 15 min walk to the beach. Friendly staff.
