Ieri per recuperare una vettura con targa prova , giustamente rimossa dal posto disabili .... grazie all’idiota a cui la avevo prestata e li ...la aveva parcheggiata ... Sono stato al comando per 3 ore , Moduli scritti a mano , Pagamenti in contanti accettati solo per ‘extracomunitari’ ... dichiarato da un Pubblico Ufficiale ..ecc ecc meglio nn dettagliate per pietà ... Solo dopo ‘urla’ & insistenza siamo riusciti ad uscirne .... Insomma ... Buona Volontà è una cosa ma.... Unica nota positiva ...: una vigilessa molto carina / gentile & sorridente ... Ma .... E’ il Loro Mestiere questo ( cit . C. Zalone ) !!! Typical example of 'Goodwill' but zero professionalism .... Yesterday to retrieve a car with a test plate, rightly removed from the disabled seat .... thanks to the idiot I had loaned it to and there ... he had parked it ... I've been in charge for 3 hours, Handwritten forms, Cash payments accepted only for 'non-EU citizens' ... declared by a Public Official ... etc etc better not detailed for pity ... Only after 'screams' & insistence were we able to get out .... In conclusion ... Goodwill is one thing but .... The only positive note ...: a very nice / kind & smiling policewoman ... But .... This is their profession (cited by C. Zalone) !!!
L	Luca Bosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri partendo da Milano ho accompagnato un mio amico (in quanto reduce da un intervento chirurgico e quindi un pò in difficoltà per guidare per molti Km) che doveva recarsi presso la polizia municipale di Cesena per pagare semplicemente un verbale per un auto rimossa e conseguentemente poi ritirarla. Dopo circa mezzora non ho più voluto assistere ed ascoltare l'incompetenza del vigile presente e sono uscito dall'edificio lasciando li il mio amico da solo a continuare. Il mio amico è uscito dopo circa 2 ore !!! Se fosse accaduto a me, appena uscito avrei contattato striscia la notizia. Non è più possibile tollerare questo tipo di incompetenza che regna nel nostro Paese e non è giusto che persone abbiano un posto di lavoro anzichè essere disoccupati ed altre invece meritevoli di occupazione essere invece disoccupati. E' inutile continuare a chiederci perchè nel nostro Paese non funzione nulla o quasi. Sono costretto ad assegnare 1 stella ma l'accaduto mertita MENO 10 stelle. Una vergogna. Yesterday, starting from Milan, I accompanied a friend of mine (as a veteran of surgery and therefore a bit in difficulty to drive for many kilometers) who had to go to the municipal police of Cesena to simply pay a report for a removed car and consequently then withdraw it. After about half an hour I no longer wanted to attend and listen to the incompetence of the policeman present and I left the building leaving my friend alone to continue. My friend left after about 2 hours !!! If it had happened to me, as soon as I got out I would have contacted the news strip. It is no longer possible to tolerate this type of incompetence that reigns in our country and it is not fair that people have a job instead of being unemployed and others deserving of employment instead be unemployed. It is useless to keep asking ourselves why nothing or almost nothing works in our country. I am forced to assign 1 star but the event deserves LESS 10 stars. A shame.

Il personale è stato molto cordiale, rapido ed esaustivo nelle risposte. Tra l'altro chiamavo a nome di un mio familiare, non ero nemmeno titolare del sinistro. Nulla da eccepire loro! Peccato che manchi il codice SIA dell'Ente Creditore sul bollettino. Chiamo per avere informazioni all'ufficio preposto mi risponde un soggetto che dice che lui è abituato ad andare alle poste a pagare e non sa di cosa stia parlando. Tra le altre cose il codice CBILL indicato sul verbale è pure sbagliato perché la procedura dell'home banking mi restituisce un errore. RIDICOLI! O	ONES Gasperini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il disagio più totale… sono questi i casi in cui si vedono le raccomandazioni… mi è stata notificata una multa per ztl a Cesena, quando ero a lavoro a Cesenatico in macchina, la foto della ztl è impossibile vederla, neanche sul sito di pagamento, chiamati più di 10 volte al giorno per svariati giorni mai avuto una risposta, inviate due email e mai avuto una risposta … io la multa non la pago perché è impossibile che l’abbia presa io, quando andremo per avvocati vi accorgerete che avete letto la targa sbagliata, il disagio più totale.. E ma saputo dare informazioni e spiegazioni sul verbale che ho preso a dicembre 21' Che risultava non pagato ma in realtà l avevo pagato 3 giorno dopo l infrazione . Tutto bene quel che finisce bene.
