Dovevo pagare una contravvenzione e nonostante non fossi negli orari, essendo turnista non sarei riuscito altrimenti, mi hanno aperto gli uffici evitando giri o evitando io dovessi incaricare altre persone.
Ho scritto una mail richiedendo il loro intervento per una situazione di vicinato, sono intervenuti rispondendomi una volta ripristinata la normalità.
They were very kind and courteous.
I had to pay a fine and despite not being in the hours, being a shift worker I would not have succeeded otherwise, they opened the offices to me avoiding turns or avoiding me having to hire other people.
I wrote an email requesting their intervention for a neighborhood situation, intervened by answering me once the normality was restored.
