Ho sempre trovato tecnici bravi e competenti da 5 stelle, però tanto non posso dire dell'addetto al centralino /accoglienza. Alcuni giorni fa in attesa del mio turno, ho assistito ad una piccola scenetta direi evitabile in quanto di scherno nei confronti di un altro ufficio. Una persona si era presentata presumo, per chiedere un aiuto per la compilazione di un modulo, e quando il centralinista ha detto che loro non erano autorizzati per la compilazione di tale modulo, ma che doveva recarsi alla USL,luogo dal quale lo aveva avuto, dicendo che era compito loro compilarlo, o almeno aiutarlo, ho dedotto, visto che il patronato è sempre disponibile per le compilazione dei vari moduli, che fosse una autocertificazione. Ora, il nome stesso del documento dice che è lo stesso interessato a dover compilare tale modulo, e nessun altro, mi chiedo come mai questo probabilmente volontario addetto al centralino, si sia permesso di schernire a modo suo l'operato di un altro ufficio. Questi comportamenti poco professionali, degradano dei servizi che seppur ben funzionanti a volte vengono presi di mira da troppe critiche inutili. I needed to go to this place for documentation. A person showed up I presumed to ask for help filling out a form, and when the switchboard operator said that they were not authorized to fill out this form, but that he had to go to the USL, the place from which he had had it, saying that it was their job to fill it out, or at least help it, I deduced, given that the patronage is always available for the compilation of the various forms, which was a self-certification. Now, the name of the document itself says that it is the same interested in having to fill in this form, and no one else, I wonder why this probably switchboard operator volunteered to mock the work of another office in his own way. These unprofessional behaviors degrade the services which, although well functioning, are sometimes targeted by too many unnecessary criticisms.

Dopo un ora e mezza di attesa fuori, al freddo e in piedi, ci si sente dire che non si è in lista, e anche dopo aver fatto vedere la conferma dell'appuntamento via email, non si viene ricevuti. Come se non bastasse, si viene trattati da pezzenti. Aggiungo che anche dopo aver fatto presente che la persona che stava aspettando era incinta, la risposta che viene data dalla segretaria super professionale è stata 'non è un mio problema se lei non è in lista'. Penosi. Da evitare assolutamente. Schifo totale. Sono costretto a mettere minimo una stella meriterebbe -5 stelle. Il personale è stato molto gentile e mi ha indicato preventivamente tutti i documenti necessari. Anche lo svolgimento della pratica è stato rapido. Gentili anche tramite mail. L'addetta fin dalla prima telefonata è stata davvero cortese ed esplicativa. All'appuntamento chiarezza e cortesia. La pratica risolta in brevissimo tempo. Spesa modesta. Io non tornerò mai più li. Si suppone che devono aiutare e dare informazioni ai lavoratori in vece li ti tirano più giù di morale dal giorno in cui sono andata li sono ancora depressa da tanto male che mi anno trattata mi anno insultata mi anno chiamata anche cane soltanto per chiedere una informazione ma come sono messi quella signora che e' in servizio al cliente esaurita . Io non ho parole sto ancora molto male sicologicamente da tanto male che mi a trattata. Scrupolosi e attenti, soprattutto la signora Paola (super professionale) che ha seguito la mia pratica informandomi su tutto ciò che sarebbe successo da lì in avanti e cosa avrei dovuto fare nei vari casi. Mi son trovata benissimo, Consiglio vivamente. From the first moment I found clarity and kindness. Either by phone or by email and then have the confirmation in person.
