Si aggiunga il fatto che non mi hanno voluto aiutare prendendo in carico la mia situazione (che ho risolto con un commercialista 4 giorni più tardi). La cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è aver ricevuto il "benservito" con l'operatrice che si permetteva di dare consigli che lasciavano spazio all'ultima presa in giro. Tra l'altro se secondo loro l'appuntamento era il giorno prima perché non ci hanno avvisato quando non ci siamo presentati? Nessuna professionalità nessuna disponibilità nessuna cortesia. Da evitare. Invece l'hanno spedita direttamente senza controllo, ed ora non sanno neanche quando poter fare l'integrazione. Taccio sul servizio di risposta al telefono / mail. Nemmeno le PEC vengono processate. E trattano così una persona la cui famiglia è stata loro cliente per anni (tra alti e bassi). Questa è stata la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso, non torneremo. R	R D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO. il personale è pessimo, stressato, abbastanza incompetente (cercano la risposta su internet mentre si chiede) . si sentono urlare ogni tanto e alla fine paghi 30 euro per mezz'ora di non risposte. Non rispondono neanche alle mail ..purtroppo hanno il coltello dalla parte del manico perch e ci sono solo loro per inoltrare le domande di invalidità?
