★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riparazione iPhone 7 aperta il 12 gennaio 2019 terminata il 23 gennaio 2019. Il proprietario, persona estremamente maleducata, riferisce che a lui non interessa nulla del mio telefono e che provvederà a farlo avere al suo negozio territorialmente di mia competenza (BORGOSESIA) solo nella mattinata del giorno08 febbraio 2019 perché, a suo dire, non è suo costume usare il corriere per far giungere il mio telefono da Domodossola (dove è tutt’ora in ostaggio) a Borgosesia.
Mi sono anche offerto di pagargli il corriere ma la sua arroganza ha prevalso.
Spero che Wind Tre gli tolga la concessione altrimenti la società perderà molti clienti tra cui me (sono un Cliente che paga molto da tanti anni).

Repair iPhone 7 opened January 12, 2019 ended January 23, 2019. The owner, extremely rude person, reports that he cares nothing about my phone and will arrange to have it at his local store of my jurisdiction (BORGOSESIA) only in the morning February 8, 2019 because, according to him, it is not his custom to use the courier to get my phone from Domodossola (where it is still hostage) to Borgosesia.
I even offered to pay the courier but his arrogance prevailed.
I hope that Wind Tre will take away the concession otherwise the company will lose many customers including me (I am a customer who has been paying a lot for many years).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La proprietaria è una grandissima maleducata e la commessa è un incompetente.Ho avuto un ripensamento sul mio acquisto e nn ha non hanno voluto sentire ragioni .Sentito il gestore telefonico si poteva pure rescindere il contratto da me firmato circa mezzora prima
ma loro pur di nn perdere i 40 euro e la commissione della vendita hanno detto che nn si poteva fare .Evitate di andarci.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ragazzi di Politel sono stati come sempre competenti e professionali. Si fanno sempre in quattro per risolvere i problemi, anche se, come oggi, c'era la gente in coda da almeno mezz'ora. E questo è un buon motivo per continuare a comprare i telefoni e i loro servizi da loro anche se nei vari centri commerciali spesso costano meno ma poi ti devi arrangiare. Loro ti affiancano senza problemi
Politel's guys were as always competent and professional. They always go out of their way to solve problems, even if, like today, there had been people in line for at least half an hour. And this is a good reason to continue to buy phones and their services from them even if in the various malls they often cost less but then you have to make do. They support you without problems
