 Absolutely trained staff and peaceful environment. Nice place to do fitness activities but above all athletic training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo me la migliore della zona, ottima l'assistenza degli istruttori in sala pesi, molto simpatico Michele, che nonostante il fisico non proprio da "grosso", è maestro di body building e sa sempre darti il consiglio migliore. Ottima pulizia, bella la sala per i corsi e le attività, c'è anche una piccola sauna.
In my opinion the best in the area, excellent assistance from the instructors in the weight room, very sympathetic Michele, who despite his not really "big" body, is a master of body building and always knows how to give you the best advice. Excellent cleaning, nice room for courses and activities, there is also a small sauna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: ottima palestra per allenarsi sia con i pesi che per seguire qualsiasi tipo di corso. Personale competente e attento con i clienti. Contro (?): Non è un ambiente modaiolo per fighetti.
Pros: excellent gym to train both with weights and to follow any type of course. Competent and attentive staff with customers. Cons (?): Not a cool environment for jocks.
