Durante il mese di ottobre dell’anno 2020 decisi di iscrivere mia figlia presso il corso di nuoto tenuto dal CSI di Casalecchio. L’addetta di segreteria che mi ricevette, mi segnalò di sua iniziativa che, in caso di un’ulteriore chiusura degli impianti sportivi causa COVID, avrebbero lasciato ai clienti la possibilità di scegliere tra rimborso o voucher per il periodo non goduto.
Un mese dopo intervenì una nuova chiusura degli impianti sportivi, così ci premurammo di effettuare richiesta di rimborso a mezzo mail; tale richiesta fu riscontrata con la conferma della possibilità del rimborso ma con l’invito ad attendere la riapertura. Purtroppo con la riapertura, il responsabile amministrativo ha negato di aver mai promesso il rimborso e ci ha invitato ad adire le vie legali.

During the month of October 2020, I decided to enroll my daughter in the swimming course held by the CSI of Casalecchio. The secretarial clerk who received me told me on her own initiative that, in the event of a further closure of the sports facilities due to COVID, they would leave customers the option of choosing between a refund or voucher for the unused period.
A month later there was a new closure of the sports facilities, so we took care to request a refund by e-mail; this request was met with the confirmation of the possibility of reimbursement but with an invitation to wait for the reopening. Unfortunately with the reopening, the administrative manager denied ever promising a refund and invited us to take legal action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iscritto mia figlia a fine settembre per un corso di nuoto per bambini. Non mi hanno consentito di fare una lezione di prova, per cui ho dovuto pagare in anticipo. Mia figlia già dalla prima volta non ha voluto più andare purtroppo perchè imponevano causa Covid che i genitori andassero subito via, così ho chiesto il rimborso ma mi han detto che era possibile solo fare cambio con un corso di danza, per cui ho dovuto accettare. Purtroppo però il corso di danza è di sabato e non possiamo andarci. Pazienza, soldi regalati alla Polispostiva Csi, ma non mi sembra molto normale far pagare in anticipo senza alcuna possibilità di ripensamento. Aggiungo che la sera in cui siamo andati in piscina c'era un caos e un disordine infernale. Nel complesso un'esperienza da dimenticare

Unfortunately, however, the dance class is on Saturday and we cannot go there. Patience, money given to Polispostiva Csi, but it does not seem very normal to charge in advance without any possibility of second thoughts. I would add that the night we went to the pool there was a hellish chaos and disorder. Overall an experience to forget
