★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo più di 30 anni di fraquentazione della palestra, dagli albori di via Oberdan, penso che non rinnoverò l’abbonamento annuale.La palestra è un po’ lasciata in declino e, soprattutto, gli orari del week end non sono in sintonia con le richieste!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa palestra ha fatto la storia del fitness.. Ma ormai è lasciata a se stessa. Spogliatoi e attrezzature che cadono a pezzi, buono staff istruttori si, ma per quanto riguarda la dirigenza.. modalità davvero pessime nel confronto con i clienti.
This gym has made the history of fitness .. But now it's left to itself. Changing rooms and equipment that fall to pieces, good instructor staff yes, but with regards to the management .. really bad in the comparison with customers.

L' interno sembra bisognoso di lavori di manutenzione, con evidenti segni di infiltrazioni di acqua dal tetto e di umidità alle pareti. Non ha parcheggio privato.
Historic gym founded by Gigi Lodi, kind staff and very competitive prices.
The interior seems in need of maintenance work, with obvious signs of water infiltration from the roof and moisture from the walls. It has no private parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra veramente ottima, anche il personale è preparato e cordiale. Magari per chi vuole allenarsi al mattino non è l'ideale ma solo le palestre low cost riescono a sostenere certi ritmi
Really good gym, also the staff is trained and friendly. Maybe for those who want to train in the morning it is not ideal but only low cost gyms are able to sustain certain rhythms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio VERAMENTE imbarazzante! La palestra dovrebbe aprire il lunedì e il giovedì alle 7 ma alcune volte,senza scriverlo sul sito o sulla pagina FB ma solo in un foglio alla reception, apre alle 9 con il risultato che ti trovi ad aspettare davanti al cancello con -2 gradi. Ma non è finita qui, anche quando ti fanno il favore di aprire alle 7 comunque sauna e bagno turco aprono alle 9 perchè (parole loro) se no consuma troppo (come se il mio abbonamento annuale valesse meno di quello dei clienti che vanno alle 9).
Da quest'anno le schede dalla sala pesi si pagano a parte e non fanno corsi di crossfit perchè (parole loro anche queste) lo stabile è vecchio e non vorremmo che "il lasciar andare i pesi come si fa nel crossfit" facesse crollare il pavimento del piano di sopra. Insomma, prezzi allineati alla concorrenza e servizi assolutamente ridicoli!
A REALLY embarrassing service! The gym should open on Monday and Thursday at 7 am but sometimes, without writing it on the site or on the FB page but only in a sheet at the reception, it opens at 9 with the result that you find yourself waiting in front of the gate with -2 degrees. But that's not all, even when they do you the favor of opening at 7 o'clock anyway, sauna and turkish bath open at 9 because (their words) if they don't consume too much (as if my annual subscription was worth less than that of the clients going at 9 am ).
From this year the cards from the weight room are paid separately and do not do crossfit courses because (in their own words also these) the building is old and we would not like "letting the weights go as we do in the crossfit" caused the floor to collapse upstairs. In short, prices aligned to the competition and absolutely ridiculous services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra , attrezzi Technogym un po datati ma li ritengo migliori di quelli nuovi , prezzi per studenti un po' alti ma decisamente in linea o inferiori al costo medio delle palestre in città .

Excellent gym, Technogym tools a little dated but I think they are better than new ones, prices for students a little high but definitely in line or lower than the average cost of gyms in the city.
Staff quite helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la mia palestra da anni ormai. Istruttori seri, vasta scelta di corsi, Cycling è bellissimo e molto sprint!!! Attrezzi vecchi ma buoni. Sauna e bagno turco fanno la loro parte d'inverno!
It's been my gym for years now. Serious instructors, wide choice of courses, Cycling is beautiful and very sprint !!! Old but good tools. Sauna and steam bath do their part in winter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo fatto un abbonamento quadrimestrale di cui avevo usufruito per un mese prima delle chiusure per lockdown. Riaperte le palestre, riscatto il mio abbonamento e mi metto d'accordo con il proprietario del fatto che, sue parole, avrei avuto la possibilità di riscattare anche solo un mese, e di poter riavere poi il corrispettivo dei due mesi restanti sotto forma di denaro (con una quota inferiore chiaramente), per venire incontro alla mia situazione dato che di lì a un mese mi sarei dovuta trasferire e non avrei avuto perciò la possibilità di continuare a usufruire dei due mesi restanti. L'accordo prevedeva che sarei dovuta tornare a settembre per riavere quei soldi indietro, ed è quanto ho fatto. Quando mi sono presentata in palestra sono stata trattata in un modo manchevole di rispetto, di parola data e di serietà, con tanto di accusa di essermi inventata tutto e che la mia fosse una richiesta inammissibile, il tutto davanti ad altre persone. Caso isolato? Scorrendo tra le recensioni google recenti sulla palestra mi sono imbattuta in una recensione negativa nei confronti della struttura, e non della persona, a cui è stato risposto con un'offesa pesante mirata sul personale (cito testuali parole "si faccia vedere da uno specialista"). Servono altre parole?
I had a four-month subscription which I had used for a month before the closures for lockdown. Once the gyms have reopened, I redeem my subscription and agree with the owner that, in his words, I would have had the opportunity to redeem even just one month, and then be able to get back the consideration for the remaining two months in the form of money (with a clearly lower share), to meet my situation since in one month I would have had to move and therefore would not have had the possibility to continue to use the remaining two months. The deal stipulated that I had to go back in September to get that money back, and that's what I did. When I showed up at the gym I was treated in a way that lacked respect, my word and seriousness, with the accusation of having invented everything and that mine was an inadmissible request, all in front of other people. Isolated case? Scrolling through the recent google reviews on the gym I came across a negative review against the facility, and not the person, which was responded to with a heavy offense aimed at the staff (I quote verbatim words "let a specialist see you" ). Need more words?
