Non ci sono parole!!!! Bad response in terms of customer service ... failure to comply with the times indicated for the publication of the report ... 12 days after accessing the facility, still no email received to download the web report. There are no words!!!!

In un momento davvero complicato per me ed i miei familiari in cui era fondamentale per noi avere un tampone molecolare sono stati davvero provvidenziali. Non lo dimenticherò. Poi ho anche scoperto che il titolare ha il mio stesso cognome quindi senza dubbio 5 stelle! Friendliness, professionalism and competence. In a very complicated time for me and my family when it was essential for us to have a molecular swab, they were truly providential. I will not forget it. Then I also discovered that the owner has the same surname as me so without a doubt 5 stars!
V	Valentina Filadoro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo laboratorio, cliente da oltre 10 anni e molto professionali e celeri per quanto riguarda prelievo ed esami, posto pulito e curato unica pecca l'accettazione, ogni volta scusanti x non applicare sconto in convenzione... Diciamo che allo sportello non è mai ben chiaro il motivo x cui non viene applicata la scontistica da loro stessi offerta per enti... Dispiace tanto perché la locazione mi era molto congeniale e per quanto riguarda il laboratorio sono davvero ineccepibili, un accettazione che non rispecchia la loro professionalità purtroppo. Excellent laboratory, customer for over 10 years and very professional and fast as regards sampling and examinations, clean and well-kept place, the only flaw is acceptance, every time sorry for not applying a discount in the convention ... Let's say that at the counter it is never well clear why the discounts they themselves offer for institutions are not applied ... I'm so sorry because the location was very congenial to me and as regards the laboratory they are truly impeccable, an acceptance that does not reflect their professionalism unfortunately.

Il mio medico mi richiede specificatamente che io faccia dei prelievi presso la struttura Bios, perché a suo avviso sia molto accreditata. Chiamo per un preventivo, mi dicono di fare una richiesta via mail, procedo come da loro indicato di venerdì. Lunedì nessuna risposta, mi reco in laboratorio alle ore 12:15 per richiederle direttamente e mi viene risposto che devo fare una fila di 20 persone (in attesa per fare un tampone) per avere le risposte che mi occorrono. Li contatto e mi dicono che nel pomeriggio mi avrebbero sicuramente risposto alla mail. Oggi (mercoledì mattina) li richiamo nuovamente, mi viene detto che: -accettazione è impegnata -la signora che mi ha risposto al telefono non è informata sul tariffario (tranne che per emocromo) -di passare direttamente da loro dopo le 12 che non c'è confusione (spiego che ero stata lì Lunedì alle 12 e 15) -mi viene detto che loro sono aperti anche di sabato (giorno in cui anche io ovviamente lavoro) -alla mia affermazione: "ma una persona malata può attendere così tanto per una risposta?" -la risposta molto delicata dell'operatrice è stata: "una persona malata fa le visite che deve fare, senza attendere"! (E certo perché ovviamente siamo tutti così ricchi da poter sborsare senza cercare di capire prima la spesa da dover affrontare) Penso di non dover aggiungere altro! Terrible experience. Premise: I am a customer of another analysis laboratory. My doctor specifically requests that I take blood samples at the Bios facility, because in his opinion it is highly accredited. I call for a quote, they tell me to make a request via email, I proceed as indicated by them on Friday. Monday no answer, I go to the laboratory at 12:15 to request them directly and I am told that I have to queue up with 20 people (waiting to take a swab) to get the answers I need. I contact them and they tell me that in the afternoon they would surely have answered my email. Today (Wednesday morning) I call them again, I am told that: - acceptance is committed -the lady who answered the phone is not informed about the tariff (except for the blood count) -to go directly to them after 12 that there is no confusion (I explain that I was there Monday at 12.15) -I am told that they are also open on Saturdays (day when I obviously work too) -to my statement: "but can a sick person wait so long for an answer?" -the very delicate response of the operator was: "a sick person makes the visits he has to do, without waiting"! (And of course because of course we are all so rich that we can shell out without trying to figure out the expense to be faced first) I think I don't have to add more!
