In caso di urgenza li ho sempre trovati disponibili a trovare un appuntamento quanto prima
Great experience and very courteous. They test life lines and make chimney inspections by leaving detailed reports with attached photos.
In urgent cases I always found them available to find an appointment as soon as possible

Di tale installazione siamo rimasti soddisfatti , se non fosse che con violenta grandinata del giugno 2019 la canna fumaria ha subito qualche danno . Chiamati più volte per richiedere di effettuare l'intervento di ripristino ci è sempre stato detto dall'impiegata che il Responsabile ci avrebbe richiamato. Ma NESSUNO e ribadisco NESSUNO si è mai fatto sentire. Abbiamo anche mandato messaggi sul cellulare del proprietario ed anche in quel caso nessuna risposta . Ritengo che una Azienda seria sia in caso positivo che in caso negativo debba dare riscontro altrimenti viene meno il rapporto di fiducia. Peccato....
We installed in the building years ago a chimney
We were satisfied with this installation, except that with a violent hailstorm in June 2019 the chimney has suffered some damage. Called several times to request to carry out the remedial action we have always been told from the employee that the manager would call us. But NOBODY and I repeat NOBODY has ever made itself heard. We also sent messages on the owner's cell phone and even in that case no reply. I believe that a serious company is when positive and negative case should give feedback otherwise it is not a relationship of trust. Sin....
