Nonostante io non sia un artigiano/installatore ed era la prima vota che acquistavo materiale in quel posto, il proprietario da subito e senza che fosse da me richiesto ha applicato ai prodotti presi un sostanzioso sconto sul prezzo di listino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova veramente di tutto. Ben organizzato, prezzi a mio avviso di media,alta qualità ma con prezzo leggermente alto. Personale maschile alle casse professionale, sanno quello che trattano, quello femminile ti fanno solo pagare e anche con lentezza che se manca qualcosa o chiedi un consiglio vanno nel pallone, il personale " fuori" estremamente freddo con i clienti non abituali. Un piccolo consiglio, un poco più di cordialità anche con chi, anche se non è un cliente abituale come me, non guasterebbe.

Parlo con uno dei Titolari... GABRIELE... ??? Ti ho pagato alla consegna 284 euro di un materiale che io da ignorante potevo accettare non essendo lo stesso... Ma Visto che la Ferrari Bk non è fallita e tuttora è vostro fornitore il materiale che mi avete rifilato della Michelotto penso sia giusto che ve lo riprendiatre indietro... . Per 284 euro siete dei poveretti... La Ferrari Bk mi porta il materiale in cantiere... E voi come Ferri siete gli unici ad avere la Bk a BOLGNA. Se li volete quelli che ho pagato della Michelotto ve li regalo????????se vuoi ti mando il catalogo del vostro rappresentante Bk te lo porto di persona...
