★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato questa azienda per ricevere una quotazione inerente la fornitura e posa di una recinzione a marzo e dopo 2 mesi di attesa ho sollecitato e mi ha risposto il signor Samuel Rabbi che mi ha fissato un sopralluogo a pochi giorni di distanza. Peccato che il giorno stesso, all’ora dell’appuntamento, mi scrive un messaggio dicendo che ha avuto problemi in cantiere e che non poteva più venire. Così mi propone di rimandarlo al giorno successivo, ovvero oggi alle 15:30, al momento sono le 17:20 e non solo non si è presentato, bensì non si è nemmeno degnato di avvisare e o di rispondere alle telefonate che ho provato a fargli per avere notizie in merito. Trovo irrispettoso e assolutamente privo di serietà questo comportamento. Debbo dedurre che non abbiano interesse ad avere ulteriori clienti se questo è il loro approccio!

I find this behavior disrespectful and absolutely devoid of seriousness. I must assume that they have no interest in having additional clients if this is their approach!
