La prima volta erano spariti i risultati delle urine o le urine stesse (non lo abbiamo mai capito) e ricevuto i risultati dopo diverse volte che sono andato a richiederli con forza. Sono rimasto sempre nel dubbio che quei risultati fossero davvero i miei. Pessimo. Two faces we turned to this laboratory for analysis. The first time the urine results were gone or the urine itself (we never understood this) and I received the results after several times I went to forcefully request them. I was always in doubt whether those results were really mine. Bad.

Sono andato a fine luglio per un prelievo di sangue e mi sono dovuto inbattere con un personale desideroso di andare in ferie, poco disponibile ed arrogante specialmente quello all'accettazione. Cosa dire della ragazza definita infermiera al prelievo. Una vera e propria carnefice! Sono decenni che faccio dei prelievi periodici ma non ho mai visto uno come quello fatto al Polisan. È entrata con l'ago e poi alla rinfusa alla ricerca della vena, lasciandomi il braccio dolorante per circa un mese e un ematoma di circa quattro centimetri. Mai più! An experience to forget! What to say about the girl called a nurse at the sampling. A real executioner! I've been doing periodic withdrawals for decades but I've never seen one like the one done at Polisan. She went in with the needle and then in bulk looking for the vein, leaving my arm sore for about a month and a hematoma of about four centimeters. Never again!
