m	mario d'anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono recato presso il centro poliform milano per un preventivo per parete attrezzata, mi hanno dato 7\15 gg di tempo per avere un preventivo, mai arrivato nonostante le ripetute richieste dopo 40 gg. molto poco professionali I went to the poliform milan center for a quote for an equipped wall, they gave me 7/15 days to get a quote, which never arrived despite repeated requests after 40 days. very unprofessional

Richiesto preventivo per cucina e salotto, ma malgrado l’appuntamento ottenuto e pur avendo spiegato le nostre esigenze preventivamente e in dettaglio non hanno concluso nulla! Un incontro per altro richiesto ed ottenuto con un chiaro e dettagliato mandato ma l’appuntamento aveva già evidenziato una preparazione inesistente e scarsa voglia di fare. Dopo i miei solleciti hanno tentato di risolvere interfacciandosi con un nostro passato fornitore Poliform, cosa da noi Non desiderata ne richiesta e quel che è peggio senza interpellarci preventivamente. Questo agire ha generato una situazione irreale ma di reale imbarazzo. Hanno giustificato questo modo operandi spacciandolo per politica di protezione del rivenditore pur di scaricare l’onere di un’offerta ad un loro rivenditore. Ebbene forse un’offerta più in là avremmo anche potuto chiederla al fornitore da loro unilateralmente contattato, ma l’inesistente riguardo del cliente e la scarsa professionalità ci ha fatto escludere questo marchio definitivamente dalle nostre possibili considerazioni. Request a quote for the kitchen and living room, but despite the appointment obtained and having explained our needs in advance and in detail, they have not concluded anything! A meeting that was requested and obtained with a clear and detailed mandate but the appointment had already shown a non-existent preparation and little desire to do. After my reminders they tried to solve by interfacing with one of our past Poliform suppliers, which we did not want or request and what is worse without consulting us in advance. This action has generated an unreal situation but one of real embarrassment. They justified this operating mode by passing it off as a retailer's protection policy in order to pass the burden of an offer to one of their retailers. Well, perhaps we could have asked the supplier they contacted unilaterally for an offer later, but the non-existent regard for the customer and the lack of professionalism made us exclude this brand definitively from our possible considerations.
C	Cedomir Mijovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato allo show room di Milano per chiedere solo la profondità della mensola Quid (non indicata sulle schede tecniche del loro sito) ma mi è stato detto che non era possibile dare questa informazione via telefono. Mi sono recato presso lo show room e sono stato accolto da una Signora con un forte accento comasco, ma sono rimasto fortemente imbarazzato dalla scortesia e poca professionalità. Mi dispiace che una ottima azienda con una forte immagine di livello internazionale viene rappresentata a Milana da un personale cosi. I phoned the Milan showroom to ask only for the depth of the Quid shelf (not indicated on the technical data sheets of their website) but I was told that it was not possible to give this information by telephone. I went to the show room and was greeted by a lady with a strong Como accent, but I was strongly embarrassed by the rudeness and lack of professionalism. I am sorry that an excellent company with a strong international image is represented in Milana by such a staff.
M	Morena Bertilone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata qualche giorno fa in show-room per avere maggiori informazioni sui prodotti della zona living in quanto interessata. Purtroppo la Signora che mi ha accolta è stata molto scortese e poco professionale. Ad un certo punto si è giustificata dicendo che i colleghi erano a casa con il covid. Ho proseguito da sola il giro nello show-room al piano di sopra. Sicuramente acquisterò Poliform perché i prodotti li conosco già e sono di alta qualità ma sicuramente non tornerò in questo punto vendita. I was a few days ago in the showroom to get more information on the products of the living area as interested. Unfortunately the lady who greeted me was very rude and unprofessional. At one point she justified herself by saying that her colleagues were at home with the covid. I continued the tour alone in the upstairs showroom. I will certainly buy Poliform because I already know the products and they are of high quality but I will certainly not return to this store.
