★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juliane ci ha accompagnato con grande professionalità ma anche con pazienza e gentilezza. Abbiamo comprato una bella casa dall'estero con tutte le complicazioni dovute alla Covid, ma Juliane ha saputo trovare soluzioni pratiche per permetterci di realizzare il nostro progetto. Dalla visita alla consegna delle chiavi, è stata buona consigliera, presente al nostro fianco ed efficiente. Ha una perfetta conoscenza degli arcani amministrativi italiani, ma sa anche mettersi nei panni degli acquirenti stranieri, spiegando chiaramente i passi e le scelte a loro disposizione. Non credo che ci si possa aspettare di più da un agente immobiliare.
 Juliane accompanied us with great professionalism but also with patience and kindness. We bought a beautiful house from abroad with all the complications due to Covid, but Juliane was able to find practical solutions to allow us to carry out our project. From the visit to the delivery of the keys, she was a good adviser, present at our side and efficient. He has a perfect knowledge of Italian administrative arcana, but he also knows how to put himself in the shoes of foreign buyers, clearly explaining the steps and choices available to them. I don't think you can expect more from a real estate agent.

We have traveled a long and tortuous path with Juliane and she has always been by our side with patience and professionalism. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had looked into buying several properties in Italy prior to contacting Juliane at Immobiliare Polidori and, being Australian and not speaking much Italian, coupled with not knowing a thing about how property purchases were done in Italy, the results had been varying degrees of disastrous. However, right from the start Juliane was particularly thorough and absolutely honest with me, and used none of the typical real estate agent tactics I’d experienced with the agents I’d dealt with in the past. I’m now the ridiculously proud and very happy owner of the historic palazzo of my dreams, in a perfect location just off the autostrada and less than an hour north of Rome, and am looking very forward to buying my next property from Juliane and Immobiliare Polidori in the not too distant future. To say I’m happy with the results of my first purchase in Italy doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel, and I simply couldn’t recommend Juliane and Immobiliare Polidori highly enough...

She was patient, professional and not at all pushy. Her website shows from the outset that she really cares about what she does, she has time for even the most stupid questions and she held our hands through to the moment we exchanged, accompanying us to the notary. We sold our holiday apartment in Gavignano Sabino
in September 2021. Our agent was Juliane Deppe from Polidori Immobiliare. Juliane was amazing from the very beginning when I contacted her to the very end. We live in Ireland and the whole process was so easy and mostly done by what’s app. She spoke really good English which really helped as we have very little Italian . Any time I needed to ask her anything she replied immediately to me by text or phone. She was very professional and easy to talk to . I never had any concerns over selling with her and knew that everything would be always done correctly. She also organised our Notary appointment and translator for us at the final signing . I wish her all the best in the future and thanks so much for all her help,
