Nonostante oltre la pseudo reception dell'ingresso ci sia una grandicella sala d'attesa con qualche poltrona dove, dopo il consueto triage, si potrebbero fare accomodare i pazienti, garantendo tranquillamente la giusta distanza fra uno e l'altro, tramite un indefinibile individuo all'ingresso, si chiede di attendere in strada, a creare un assurdo ed ingiustificato assembramento, fatto soprattutto di gente anziana, che dovrebbe essere invitata ad accomodarsi all'interno, dato che, ripeto, ci sono APPOSITE POLTRONE PER ATTESA! Non mi soffermo a parlare del non-lavoro di tutti quelli che ho visto girovagare a fare nulla, tranne il personale sanitario, che ho trovato gentilissimo e competente. Bad organization and absurd behavior towards patients who have to make visits! Despite the fact that beyond the pseudo reception of the entrance there is a large waiting room with a few chairs where, after the usual triage, patients could be accommodated, safely guaranteeing the right distance between one and the other, through an indefinable individual at the entrance, you are asked to wait in the street, to create an absurd and unjustified gathering, made above all of elderly people, who should be invited to sit inside, since, I repeat, there are SPECIAL ARMCHAIRS FOR WAITING! I do not stop to talk about the non-work of all those I have seen wandering around doing nothing, except the health personnel, who I found very kind and competent.
