Avevo chiesto il favore di avere un referto qualche giorno prima, non perché dovessi andarmene in vacanza, ma per poterlo portare ad una visita di controllo. Dopo qualche perplessità mi è stato detto che potevo passare il giorno in cui avevo il controllo per provare a vedere se il referto era pronto. Purtroppo la carogna sapeva che era un giorno in cui i referti non si ritiravano ed io ho fatto inutilmente il sacrificio di provarci. In linea di massima il personale infermieristico è tutto così, senza cuore pare che ti facciano un piacere. Cosa che si è verificata anche durante un ricovero. Quanto ai medici nulla da eccepire. E cmq Dio me ne scansi e liberi. Umanità 0.Se potete scegliete altro A bad experience especially for a clinic nurse. R	Rosalia Di Giorgio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza in quanto siamo appena uscite io e mia figlia dal reparto cardiologia per una visita di routine. Elettrocardiogramma ed ecocardiogramma. Il dottore mentre compilava la cartella clinica di una signora, chiedeva a me se prendessi farmaci e parlava di mia figlia nello stesso tempo. Nel frattempo l'infermiera fa un elettrocardiogramma a mia figlia, usando 3 macchine tutte quante rotte. Non misurano la pressione, se non dopo averlo fatto notare (misurata solo a me, non a mia figlia). Non mi hanno dato nessuna copia della ricevuta di pagamento in quanto alla reception mi e stato espressamente detto "non le serve, tanto lei non paga" In quanto fatta con un fondo assicurativo. Il dottore dopo aver visto il mio disappunto mi offre di ecocardiogramma anche se non avessi la ricetta, per accontentarmi ma naturalmente ho rifiutato. PS. Al triage ti chiedono il green pass e poi il dottore aveva la mascherina abbassata sotto il mento. Bad experience as my daughter and I just walked out of the cardiology ward for a routine visit. Si attraversano varie fasi, e non sono tutte facili, ma non bisogna mai perdersi d’animo. Per questo motivo, oltre alla professionalità, il rapporto umano è un valore aggiunto. Il mio Virgilio della fisioterapia, Damiano A. M., da mesi mi sta accompagnando nel mio processo di guarigione con competenza e gentilezza. Si “lavora” ma con il sorriso. Veri professionisti, competenti,pazienti , ricchi di umanità ed empatia e..simpaticissimi. In un mese sono di nuovo sicura e disinvolta sulle mie gambe dopo una dolorosissima frattura del malleolo. Mi hanno incoraggiata e sostenuta in tutto ed i risultati sono superlativi! Number one! Special thanks to the excellent team of physiotherapists at Villa Verde. True professionals, competent, patient, rich in humanity and empathy and ... very friendly. In a month I am confident and relaxed on my legs again after a painful ankle fracture. A distanza di circa 15 anni ho subito un secondo intervento allo stesso crociato e menisco, questi ragazzi in un solo mese di riabilitazione mi hanno rimesso a nuovo grazie alla loro professionalità e dedizione .. macchinari di ultima generazione, attrezzi di ogni tipo e necessità, e come dicevo tanta tanta tanta voglia di ottenere risultati positivi al più presto..ne sono davvero grato!!! Questa volta mi sono decisa a farla,e per caso ho scelto questo centro,sempre convinta che uno volesse l'altro. Ebbene,mi sono dovuta ricredere. Qui ho trovato un ambiente confortevole,pulito. Personale preparatissimo,umano,e sempre pronto a consigliarti per il meglio. Grazie particolare ad Ilaria,che mi ha accolta la prima settimana,a Daniele che ha continuato per altri 2 interventi,ed infine,nell'ultima settimana ad Alessandro,persona molto preparata. Sicuramente ,in caso di necessità, non trascurero' più la fisioterapia,e verrò certamente qui,sperando di incontrare nuovamente questi tre angeli,che con il loro intervento mi hanno rimessa a nuovo.
