★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dottoressa Sonia Ciampa fantastica a lei 5 stelline, precisa preparata, sa capire le problematiche e offrire le diverse soluzioni in base alle proprie necessità e richieste, mi ha risolto diversi problemi in modo eccellente.
L'unica pecca il personale della segreteria, maleducato e scortese, dovrebbero fare tutte un bel corso di rapporti con il pubblico e nei confronti della clientela avere toni meno "da maestrine acide", capita a tutti di reinviare appuntamenti per imprevisti dell'ultimo minuto e non esiste ne in cielo né in terra che ti si faccia una ramanzina, perché gentilezza sorriso e cortesia e soprattutto DISPONIBILITÀ fanno la differenza in tutti i settori, sicuramente un valore aggiunto sul quale devono ancora lavorare molto.
RISPOSTA AL COMMENTO:
Ribadisco la segretaria mi ha fatto una ramanzina CON TONO ACIDO E MALEDUCATO per aver avvisato con 3 ore di anticipo e a quel punto dato che ove io pago per un trattamento non di vita o di morte e ho una emergenza nella vita reale mi sono messa anche gentilmente a spiegare che ero stata chiamata per un colloqui, anche se non sono tenuta a dare nessuna spiegazione mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia mentre stavo ancora parlando. Ma scherziamo?! Rispetto da entrambe le parti concordo.
Doctor Sonia Ciampa fantastic 5 stars to her, precise prepared, knows how to understand problems and offer different solutions according to your needs and requests, she solved several problems in an excellent way.

I reiterate the secretary lectured me WITH ACID AND RUDE TONE for having notified 3 hours in advance and at that point since where I pay for a non-life or death treatment and I have an emergency in real life I also kindly put myself to explain that I had been called for an interview, even if I don't have to give any explanation, he put the phone in my face while I was still talking. Are we kidding ?! Respect on both sides I agree.

Lo sconsiglio !veramente di tutto di più!Addirittura che ero una cattiva insegnante e molto altro
Rivolgendosi con toni davvero accesi ,grida , insulti
Terminando con :”siccome siamo una struttura privata a lei non la consideriamo affidabile “
Questo perché ho disdetto con 48ore di anticipo l appuntamento!
