Ritirata la cornice ho fatto notare che era ammaccata in più punti e al posto di scusarsi, mi ha corretto le ammaccature con un pennarello. Pessima professionalità e pessimo modo di condurre un'attività a livello professionale. È stata l'ultima volta, non ci andrò mai più. Work done to perfection is not his job.
