Purtroppo il giudizio generale scende a 3 stelle in quanto la segretaria/receptionist non si è dimostrata all'altezza della struttura, sgarbata e infastidita dalle due semplici domande postele da parte mia. Tutto il personale attento e munito di mascherina tranne la sopramenzionata persona. Assolutamente non professionale sotto molti punti di vista. Impeccable service and kindness from the Doctor of Nursing who gave me the swab. Gentle and fast touch. Five stars. Unfortunately, the overall rating drops to 3 stars as the secretary / receptionist did not prove to be up to the task, rude and annoyed by the two simple questions put to her by me. All staff are attentive and equipped with masks except the aforementioned person. Absolutely unprofessional in many ways.

Giorni fa ho prenotato una visita oculistica e in fase di prenotazione telefonicamente mi è stata dichiarato l importo da parte della segretaria...oggi mi reco per l appuntamento e mi viene dichiarato un altro importo! Per una differenza di 10€ . Chiedo spiegazioni e la segretaria mi dice: " che vuole che siano 10€ di differenza!?" Al di là del fatto che un commento del genere è oltremodo fuori luogo in un simile contesto , denota scarsa professionalità....e di sicuro mette in cattiva luce la struttura. Un cliente che ti chiede delucidazioni in merito ad un importo non corrispondente a quanto detto precedentemente....merita come minimo una spiegazione . Forse non saranno i 10€ in sé a fare la differenza ma è l' arroganza e la presunzione ....del fatto, che 10€ non SONO NULLA Per Lei cara Signora Segretaria......questo si che la fa la differenza... Amareggiata da tale comportamento... Non usufruirò più dei servizi di tale struttura... forse per Voi non farà la DIFFERENZA . ..per me si..... Perché la qualità e la cortesia per me non sono un optional! Aggiungo che post visita non mi è stato rilasciato alcun referto dal medico... Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. It is not the first time that I go to this property ... Days ago I booked an eye examination and during the booking phase by telephone I was declared the amount by the secretary ... today I go for the appointment and another amount is declared to me! For a difference of 10 €. I ask for explanations and the secretary says to me: "what do you want a difference of € 10 !?" Beyond the fact that such a comment is utterly out of place in such a context, it denotes lack of professionalism .... and certainly puts the structure in a bad light. A customer who asks you for clarification regarding an amount that does not correspond to what was previously said .... deserves an explanation at least. Maybe it will not be the 10 € itself that will make the difference but it is the arrogance and the presumption .... of the fact, that 10 € IS NOTHING For you dear Mrs. Secretary ...... this is what the difference... Embittered by this behavior ... I will no longer use the services of this structure ... maybe it won't make a DIFFERENCE for you. ..for me yes ..... Because quality and courtesy are not optional for me! I would add that after the visit I was not given any report by the doctor ... I strongly advise against this structure.

Mi sono presentata all'appuntamento e DOPO QUASI UN'ORA DI ATTESA MI HANNO COMUNICATO CHE L'APPARECCHIO CHE AVREBBERO DOVUTO UTILIZZARE PER L'INTERVENTO ERA IN MANUTENZIONE. Come se non bastasse, mi hanno dato un nuovo appuntamento tra altre due settimane. RIDICOLI. I made an appointment for a fairly urgent surgery two weeks in advance. I went to the appointment and AFTER ALMOST AN HOUR OF WAITING THEY TOLD ME THAT THE APPLIANCE THEY SHOULD USE FOR THE INTERVENTION WAS UNDER MAINTENANCE. As if that weren't enough, they gave me a new appointment in another two weeks. RIDICLES.

Ho inoltre fatto tamponi sia molecolari a domicilio che in loco. Un ringraziamento a l'infermiera Cristiana gentilissima e sempre disponibile. La mia esperienza, nel complesso, è stata più che positiva, tornerò sicuramente. I had the pleasure of attending courses related to my administration activity, very trained staff and very competitive prices. Highly recommended. I also made both home and on-site molecular swabs. Thanks to the very kind and always available nurse Christian. My experience, overall, was more than positive, I will definitely be back.
