Appointments almost 2 hours late. Staying 2 hours in the waiting room during these times is not the best especially with a child.

G	Gyada M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non giudico le prestazioni ma la SCORRETTEZZA nel non permettere ad un invalido civile con problemi motori ad attendere il suo turno in sala d'attesa, con la scusa delle norme anticovid (in tutti i poliambulatori, ospedali ecc è permesso), pioveva e faceva freddo sono stata costretta a rifare salire il signore in macchina e non essendoci da parcheggiare ho dovuto rifare il giro dell'isolato, mentre due signore sono andate ad attendere il loro turno in un bar. SCANDALOSI! A MAI più! I do not judge the performances but the FAIRNESS in not allowing a civil invalid with motor problems to wait for his turn in the waiting room, with the excuse of the anticovid rules (in all polyclinics, hospitals, etc. it is allowed), it was raining and it was cold I was forced to get the gentleman back into the car and since there was no parking I had to go around the block again, while two ladies went to wait their turn in a bar.
