L'unica nota positiva è data dalla disponibilità e professionalità del personale preposto, per il resto si può solo sperare che si attivi quanto prima il servizio online. Ho chiamato sono andata prima di persona e poi ho chiamato due volte per sentirmi dire “deve aspettare un po’”, alla terza telefonata qualcuno si è degnato di usare 2 minuti contati, questi erano necessari, per controllare il mio profilo sul sistema e verificare che non era questione di “deve aspettare “, ma di un errore dei miei dati sul sistema. Tra controllo e aggiornamenti tempo usato forse 5 minuti totali e in più mi sono sentita dire che è stato fatto in via del tutto eccezionale via telefonica che “non è che facciamo queste cose così “. Di eccezionale c’è il pessimo servizio e la pigrizia nel controllare il sistema. È stato fatto al 4 tentativo quello che doveva essere fatto al primo. Enorme perdita di tempo per un dettaglio. Complimenti. I had to make 4 attempts due to a very trivial problem of requesting an expired health card. Between checks and updates, time used maybe 5 minutes in total and in addition I was told that it was done exceptionally via telephone that “we don't do these things like this”. Exceptional is the bad service and laziness in controlling the system. It was done on the 4th attempt what should have been done on the first one. Huge waste of time for a detail. Compliments.
