Pagato subito il ticket dopo aver fatto prelievi del sangue e delle urine, e mi ritrovo 10 giorni dopo senza gli esami del sangue ma solo quelli delle urine. Chiedo informazioni telefonicamente e oltre ad essere sgodevole non presenta la minima intenzione di aiutare. Vado li di persona e in 2 secondi cercano di cacciarmi dicendo che avendolo scaricato sul fascicolo elettronico, loro non hanno il cartaceo, anche la signora oltretutto rispondeva in modo sgodevole come se nel torto ci fossi io.
