La marca proprietaria è di qualità discreta (molto meglio rispetto alla concorrente) ma, soprattutto, ha ottimi prodotti freschi. Frutta e verdura sono buone e anche carne e pesce mi soddisfano. I prezzi sono nella norma. C'è un ampio parcheggio in cui è sempre possibile trovare un posto. In Laives it is certainly the cheapest supermarket. The proprietary brand is of decent quality (much better than the competitor) but, above all, it has excellent fresh products. Fruits and vegetables are good and meat and fish satisfy me too. Prices are normal. There is a large car park where you can always find a place.
G	Guido Zabini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato per la prima volta ieri, mi serviva solo del formaggio e del pane, conosco la catena poli ma avevo sempre fatto spesa al negozio di Bolzano. Qui mi sono trovato bene, ho visto che anche qui c'è molta scelta tra vari generi alimentari e la ragazza al banco formaggi è stata molto disponibile e cortese, nonostante fosse a fine giornata e probabilmente è lì da poco, perché accanto a lei c'era una "veterana" più anziana e poco simpatica con lei ? Anche alla cassa la ragazza è stata gentile (non trovavo la Duplicard digitale sulla app), il negozio in quel momento era comunque poco affollato. Fuori dal supermercato c'è un ampio parcheggio con sbarra, l'ingresso del negozio però è sul lato opposto dell'edificio rispetto alla strada. Vivo in zona e penso di tornare se non sono a fare spesa in città. Even at the checkout the girl was kind (I could not find the digital Duplicard on the app), the shop at that time was still not very crowded. Outside the supermarket there is a large car park with a barrier, but the entrance to the shop is on the opposite side of the building from the road. I live in the area and plan to return if I'm not shopping in the city.
s	silvana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vado da molti anni per pura comodità e perché è un negozio ben rifornito... ma stó rivalutando questa scelta, in quanto puntualmente vengo smontata dal personale poco professionale e cortese che ti risponde con ironia e sarcasmo non graditi. E considerato che il personale che ci lavora è sempre quello, non puoi non averci a che fare se vai sempre là a far spesa. Questo discorso non vale per un numero assai limitato di operatori, come quelli che perlopiù servono al banco della carne e del pesce, sempre gentilissimi , come anche una commessa con occhiali e capelli corti di cui non conosco il nome. Per gli altri consiglierei un corso di comunicazione e buone maniere, visto che sono d'obbligo quando lavori a contatto con il pubblico. Altrimenti... cambiate lavoro che è meglio. The supermarket has a wide choice of foods ... the staff is well organized, but on some points it is not well "equipped", the manager is really nice ...
A	Angelo Maria Pisciotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Poli è un bel supermercato situato nella zona nord di Laives, dotato di un buon numero di parcheggi adiacenti e fornito di tantissimi prodotti soprattutto alimentari, di cui molti di ottimo livello e soprattutto della filiera locale. Il supermercato è ben organizzato e quindi assolutamente consigliato sia per una spesa veloce che per acquisti più accurati e ricercati. The Poli is a nice supermarket located in the north of Laives, with a good number of adjacent parking lots and stocked with many products, especially food, many of which are of excellent quality and especially from the local supply chain. The supermarket is well organized and therefore absolutely recommended both for a quick shopping and for more accurate and refined purchases.
