★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si porta un capo ad accorciare come un cappotto classico, ci si deve attenere alle caratteristiche originali del capo a meno che il cliente faccia specifiche richieste. Mi è stato accorciato un cappottino dove NON vi era cucitura a macchina visibile ma puntino invisibile, ed invece è stata fatta una cucitura a macchina VISIBILE, SIA ALLE MANICHE SIA SULLA LUNCHEZZA. Visto lo scempio ho provato a scucire quella orrenda cucitura ma purtroppo i segni rimangono. Il capo non è stato ritirato personalmente da me altrimenti avrei fatto ben presente il tutto subito. Ormai tornare a far vedere l'errore è inutile. Cappotto ormai rovinato.
When wearing a garment to shorten like a classic coat, one must stick to the original characteristics of the garment unless the customer makes specific requests. A coat was shortened where there was NO visible machine stitching but an invisible dot, and instead a VISIBLE machine stitching was made, BOTH ON THE SLEEVES AND ON THE LENGTH. Seeing the havoc I tried to unstitch that horrible seam but unfortunately the marks remain. The garment was not withdrawn personally by me otherwise I would have pointed out everything immediately. Now go back to showing the error is useless. Coat now ruined.
