★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho commissionato dei menù, ma dopo un mese e dopo tantissime telefonate, senza avere una risposta, mi sono recato presso la tipografia de sono stato costretto a ritirare il materiale e a rivolgermi ad in altra tipografia perché il mio lavoro non è stato mai fatto.
Esperienza Pessima
 I commissioned menus, but after a month and after a lot of phone calls, without having an answer, I went to the print shop and was forced to collect the material and go to another print shop because my work was never done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scadente: quando ci andavo gli dovevo spiegare per filo e per segno come svolgere il proprio lavoro, altrimenti sbagliavano tutto!
Che dovevo fare? Portarmi una lavagnetta?
Non dovrebbero essere i commercianti a capire da soli come dovrebbero svolgere il loro stesso mestiere?
L'ultima volta che ci sono stato, avevo un file da stampare e mi hanno detto che non si poteva fare perché la chiavetta USB, con dentro il file, gli aveva mandato in palla il computer (questa cosa l'ho vista io stesso).
Questo problema l'ho avuto solo in questa copisteria.
Ho dovuto fare stampare il file a Milano, pensate un po'.
La cosa tragica è che, secondo alcuni, questa sarebbe la migliore copisteria di Sesto San Giovanni!
Se questa è la migliore, non oso immaginare come sia quella peggiore!
Poor: when I went there I had to explain to them in detail how to do their job, otherwise they were all wrong!
What was I supposed to do? Bring me a slate?
Shouldn't traders figure out for themselves how they should do their job?
The last time I was there, I had a file to print and they told me it couldn't be done because the USB stick, with the file inside, had sent the computer to the ball (I saw this myself) .
I had this problem only in this copy shop.
I had to have the file printed in Milan, just think about it.
The tragic thing is that, according to some, this would be the best copy shop in Sesto San Giovanni!
If this is the best, I dare not imagine what the worst is!

Ho inviato loro tramite E-MAIL i file da stampare in formato PDF che contenevano molti fogli, hanno letto la mia E-MAIL attentamente poiché conteneva delle indicazioni precise su come stamparli e l'indomani erano già pronti e ben stampati. Non sono un cliente abituale per cui la mia recensione è da 5 stelle e vi consiglio al vostro bisogno codesta copisteria.
Very satisfied! I sent them via E-MAIL the files to print in PDF format that contained many sheets, they read my E-MAIL carefully because it contained precise indications on how to print them and the next day they were ready and well printed. I am not a regular customer so my review is 5-star and I recommend you this copy shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 22 ottobre 2019, ho fatto stampare un poster e dei documenti a colori presso la tipografia Poletti. Il servizio è stato pessimo, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i modi dei dipendenti che l'hanno fornito. Un dipendente, non riuscendo a trovare un file (presente) nella chiavetta USB da me fornita, si è alterato e ha rimproverato me, per poi trovare il file. Un secondo dipendente ha assunto un atteggiamento riluttante e sdegnoso, palesemente dovuto al fatto che, essendo straniera, non ho piena padronanza della lingua (ho ricevuto supporto per scivere questo feedback).
Alla fine, mi è stato chiesto di pagare una determinata cifra per il servizio (26€), salvo che, al momento di digitare il pin della mia carta di credito, mostrandomi esitante nel pagare tale cifra (chiaramente "fuori mercato"), un dipendente è intervenuto semplicemente cambiando la cifra (questa volta 16€).
Una volta pagato, lascio il negozio augurando buona giornata. Nessuna risposta al saluto.
Consiglio di avere maggiore rispetto della clientela.
On October 22, 2019, I had a poster and color documents printed by Poletti typography. The service was bad, especially with regards to the ways the employees provided it. An employee, unable to find a file (present) in the USB stick supplied by me, has altered and reprimanded me, to then find the file. A second employee took a reluctant and disdainful attitude, obviously due to the fact that, being a foreigner, I do not have full command of the language (I received support to slip this feedback).
In the end, I was asked to pay a certain amount for the service (€ 26), except that, at the time of typing the pin of my credit card, showing me hesitant to pay this figure (clearly "out of the market"), a employee intervened simply by changing the figure (this time € 16).
Once paid, I leave the shop wishing you a good day. No response to the greeting.
I recommend having more respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle persone che lavora nel negozio ha continuato a tenere la mascherina sotto al mento come se nulla fosse durante tutta la mia permanenza; inoltre ho richiesto delle stampe fronte-retro fatte però a singola pagina, me ne sono accorta solo dopo essermi allontanata dal negozio.
One of the people who works in the shop continued to keep the mask under his chin as if nothing had happened during my entire stay; I also requested double-sided prints made on a single page, I only realized it after I left the shop.

Lack of willingness to meet customer needs, lack of clarity in explaining the requirements necessary to perform a job correctly. Choosing to rely on them turned out to be a waste of time.
