Per stamparmi 110 pagine e rilegarle con una spirale di plastica ci hanno messo 50 minuti, io lì ad aspettare in piedi con la signora che non sa usare le stampanti e il signore che ti degna di uno sguardo dopo un quarto d'ora che sei in negozio. Ha sempre qualcosa di più importante da fare, sicuramente non ascoltare il cliente che entra dentro. Listino prezzi nascosto chissà dove, infatti le sorprese non tardano ad arrivare. Paghi l'apertura del file PDF 30 centesimi (mai sentito), ma te lo dice qualcuno prima? Naturalmente no. Gestito male e troppo lento. La seconda svolta che vado 35 minuti di attesa dentro per 50 pagine da stampare, avrei fatto prima a scriverle a mano... LENSES. VERY SLOW. It took me 50 minutes to print 110 pages and bind them with a plastic spiral, me standing there waiting with the lady who does not know how to use printers and the gentleman who deserves a glance after a quarter of an hour that you are in shop. He always has something more important to do, definitely not listening to the customer entering inside. Price list hidden who knows where, in fact the surprises are not long in coming.
