Tempi di consegna non rispettati anche se posso accettare l'attenuante che non dipenda solo dai titolari ma sull'attenzione al cliente non posso giustificare il loro comportamento. Ho trovato inaccettabile che si faccia aspettare un cliente un'ora per consegnare tre lampade, una delle quali, una sospensione a led,addirittura era nella stessa posizione di due settimane prima ancora accesa quando l'avevamo già ordinata e pagata. Per quanto riguarda altre sospensioni, solamente su nostro sollecito, si erano ricordati di informarci che l'articolo non era più disponibile nonostante cio fosse stato taciuto al momento della vendita. Qualche scusa, nessuna compensazione ne per il disguido né per l'inguistificata lunga attesa. Cercando di certo si può trovare di meglio per l'illuminazione della vostra casa a Bari. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, consegna della merce effettuata anche prima della data prevista, titolare cordiale e disponibile anche a fare un ulteriore sconticino per tutti gli articoli acquistati. Dopo aver girato un po' , siamo sicuri di poter dire che Punto luce è stata la scelta più giusta per illuminare la nostra casa. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
