Arriva dopo 10 giorni danneggiato (purtroppo TNT ha trattato la merce come spesso accade, in maniera inconcepibile). Contatto in data 2 gennaio 2020 alle ore 21 l'assistenza, alle ore 9.30 del 3 gennaio (oggi) mi rispondono che si scusano e procederanno con il rimborso totale. Ok il disagio, ma un'assistenza così che aiuta il cliente, lo rende tranquillo e comprende la problematica è rara. Meritano di avermi come cliente per ancora molto tempo. Ripeto, faccio decine di acquisti online e raramente riscontro questa professionalità. Bravi e onesti. COMPRATE DA LORO. Lo dice una persone ipercritica. Meno bravi i corrieri TNT.

Diretto ha saputo consigliare le scelte tecniche ed estetiche più appropriate, dopo aver pazientemente ascoltato le mie esigenze e verificato gli ambienti esistenti, inoltre si è preoccupato di garantirmi la migliore assistenza tecnica per le misure ed il montaggio e ha seguito l'andamento dell'ordine fino alla consegna con attenzione e cura ed inoltre è sempre stato disponibile ad incontri e a contatti via WhatsApp o mail.
Cos'altro si può chiedere? Consiglio anche ai più esigenti archiproducts di Bari e, in particolare, l'arch. Marco Diretto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa societa´ si rifiuta di rispettare la legge sul commercio online.
Fatto un ordine e richiesto che venisse cancellato dopo un giorno. MI e´stato risposto che per policy della societa´ non e´ammessa cancellazione dell ordine, completamente al di fuori cio´che richiede la normativa europe:
"Se hai acquistato un prodotto o un servizio online o al di fuori di un negozio (per telefono, per corrispondenza, da un venditore porta a porta), hai anche il diritto di annullare e restituire entro 14 giorni il tuo ordine per qualsiasi motivo e senza alcuna giustificazione"
Cercando di contattarli via email le email vengono ignorate e quando arriva una risposta e´solo per proseguire l iter dell ordine, ignorando la richiesta di cancellazione.
Richiesto di poter parlare direttamente con qualcuno al telefono mi viene risposto che si puo´parlare solo col servizio commerciale per nuovi clienti.
richiesto di poter parlare col reparto legale dell´azienda per spiegare che quello che stanno facendo e´illegale mi e´stato risposto che non hanno numero di telefono e mi e´stata data una pec generica a cui rivolgermi.
Insistono che la loro policy puo´ andare contro la legge sul commercio online visto che il cliente la accetta al momento dell acquisto.
State molto attenti a questa societa´.

I was reassured that there would be no problems. It is now almost the end of April and as yet no delivery and no replies to my emails requesting an update.
Today, I have spent a huge amount of money trying to contact the company by telephone, no reply and no reply to the follow-up email.
VERY DISAPPOINTED ,that I may have lost my money.
