★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo grande delusione poca professionalita' non cura del cliente, specialmente per chi lavora e non gli viene dato il tempo materiale di spostarsi all'interno dell'azienda ( pochi minuti ) per raggiungere l'ufficio per poter provvedere al pagamento. Non si ha tempo d'aspettare e' stata la risposta.
Fortunatamente lunedì 18 maggio riaprono i negozi dove cortesia tempo ed educazione rendono l'acquisto un vero piacere. Purtroppo grande delusione da parte anche della proprita' che non si e' minimamente preoccupata di trovare una soluzione pr soddisfare il cliente , anzi la sua risposta e' stata " di clienti fortunatamente ce ne sono tanti " sperando restino...aggiungo io.
Unfortunately, great disappointment, little professionalism does not take care of the customer, especially for those who work and are not given the material time to move within the company (a few minutes) to reach the office to be able to pay. There is no time to wait and that was the answer.
Fortunately, Monday 18 May the shops reopen where courtesy time and education make the purchase a real pleasure. Unfortunately, great disappointment on the part of the property that has not bothered to find a solution to satisfy the customer, indeed its response was "fortunately there are many customers" hoping they will remain ... I add.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggior servizio non si può neanche immaginare. Disorganizzati vogliono consegnare quando non possono e se finalmente si fissa la consegna non si presentano. Dovrebbero fare altro
Worst service cannot even be imagined. Disorganized they want to deliver when they can't and if they finally fix the delivery they don't show up. They should do something else

not even with a camel would they be so slow! without NEVER even a warning. The worst service I've ever had (in 35 years of business) ... change jobs!
