★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le uova naturelle prodotte da tale azienda agricola sono tra le peggiori in commercio.Con scritte altisonanti "rustiche,da galline allevate senza uso di antibiotici" sono a mala pena recensite prima di 3 che è la peggior tipologia di allevamento consentita.Ne sconsiglio pertanto vivamente l'impiego .
The naturelle eggs produced by this farm are among the worst on the market. With high-sounding "rustic, from hens raised without the use of antibiotics" writings, they are barely reviewed before 3 which is the worst type of breeding allowed. I therefore strongly advise against use.

Ci hanno accompagnato a visitare la cantina
Poi abbiamo degustato 3 calici al costo di 6€
Molto buono sia l’albana che il passito di albana anche se c’erano diversi vini da assaggiare.
Abbiamo acquistato un cartone da 6 misto
Da ripetere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bevuto in questi giorni "nonno Rico " 98 ancora una buona acidità, tannini morbidi e profumi persistenti . Invecchiato bene con terziari piacevoli in bottiglia, può tenere ancora anni di invecchiamento. Complimenti
Drank these days "grandfather Rico" 98 still good acidity, soft tannins and persistent aromas. Aged well with pleasant tertiaries in the bottle, it can still keep years of aging. Well done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best wines we have tastet in the emiglia romagna! Our Favorit is the Sangiovese and the Sette Note. Allesandro provided on a Sunday a really nice wine tatsting and showed us the small and really stunning winery. Next time when we are in the area we will definately fill up our stock again.
