Rita, a splendid modern host, ferried us with wisdom, verve and irony into her cellar, and we thoroughly enjoyed her wines, her explanations, her flights.
Then our thirst did the rest ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wines are excellent and speak for themselves . The owners speak with such passion about the process from soil to harvest that is unique to small family wineries. You feel with some of the wines you are bring home a piece of the history of the region in a bottle. I must say a special thank you to the owners who our family unintentionally bothered on Labor Day not knowing they were closed. They were so accommodating even though we deserved none of it. On top, our italian language skills are still offensive but she speaks excellent English!!!! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite a busy day of bottling, Rita agreed to our visit to the winery. We tasted the wines (which are totally delicious) but even more so we enjoyed Rita’s perspectives on winemaking and her explanations of the land and soil. We bought a few bottles to bring with us on our travels around Italy and have been enjoying them since. Thank you Rita for making time for us, this was a special experience we will remember forever.
