L	Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location carina, sicuramente molto tranquilla per chi ama la pace. A parer mio molto scomoda da raggiungere visto il lungo tratto di strada sterrata. Appartamento nulla di che (disposto su più piani con cucina priva delle cose essenziali), molto caldo e senza condizionatore. L’opuscolo trovato in appartamento riportava il divieto di passaggio in luoghi comuni con abbigliamento da spiaggia, costume, infradito ecc. Passando alla colazione, mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso visto il modico prezzo di 120€ a notte. Non sarebbe neanche malvagio costruire una piscina visto il caldo. Personale comunque molto gentile e disponibile, però da migliorare la location o i prezzi Nice location, certainly very quiet for those who love peace. In my opinion very uncomfortable to reach given the long stretch of dirt road. Apartment nothing special (arranged on several floors with a kitchen lacking the essentials), very hot and without air conditioning. The brochure found in the apartment reported the prohibition of passage in common places with beachwear, swimsuit, flip-flops, etc. Moving on to breakfast, I expected something different given the modest price of 120 € per night. It wouldn't be bad to build a swimming pool in the heat either. However, the staff is very kind and helpful, but the location or prices need to be improved

L’amore del proprietario, Silvio, per questa tenuta si percepisce in ogni angolo. Locali molto puliti, colazione semplice ma molto buona, con ottime torte fatte in casa. Meravigliosa anche la cantina, che Silvio ci ha gentilmente mostrato. Abbiamo scelto Podere Montale per un weekend dedicato all’esplorazione della Val d’Orcia ed è stata una scelta assolutamente azzeccata, che ci ha permesso di percorrere strade bellissime e vedere anche altri borghi oltre alla classica Pienza. Come segnalato da altre recensioni, l’ultimo brevissimo tratto per raggiungere Podere Montale è di strada sterrata ma è assolutamente percorribile. Torneremo sicuramente! Apartment surrounded by a dream panorama. Care and attention to the smallest details. The love of the owner, Silvio, for this estate can be felt in every corner. Very clean premises, simple but very good breakfast, with excellent homemade cakes. The cellar is also wonderful, which Silvio kindly showed us. We chose Podere Montale for a weekend dedicated to exploring the Val d’Orcia and it was an absolutely perfect choice, which allowed us to travel along beautiful roads and also see other villages in addition to the classic Pienza. As reported by other reviews, the last very short stretch to reach Podere Montale is a dirt road but it is absolutely passable. We will definitely be back!

Il y a des oliviers de 2000 ans, je recommande l'huile d'olive! Le proprio est vraiment sympa et gère le domaine dans le respect de la nature. Merci à lui pour la visite et les explications :) Very nice place a bit out of the way. More than warm welcome, excellent wine and the accommodation was also very good! There are 2000 year old olive trees, I recommend the olive oil! The owner is really nice and manages the estate with respect for nature. Thanks to him for the visit and the explanations :)

My husband and I stayed here for two nights last week and could not be happier with: the location, the view, the cleanliness, and also the hostess (Serena). Serena was very helpful in recommending places to eat for lunch and dinner. We had a nice healthy breakfast included in our room rate and took a tour of the winery. We made sure to try the wine and bought two bottles that we enjoyed on the property at sunset both nights. We will be back! We loved our stay here.

The hotel is located on the top of the hill so you have a stunning view of Tuscany, the wine is incredible. The hotel was very clean and you have everything you need. The service was amazing! It is a place and experience that I will always remember.

Silvio and Simone have treated me very well and they were always keen to give some amazing hints about what to discover in this wonderful part of Tuscany. The room were I stayed was very clean and the view was just incredible.
M	Maximilian Gerdes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podere Montale: Actually you should call it "Paradise Montale"! This is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to in hole Italy. The winery itself fits perfectly into the amazing landscape, the vines are amazing, too and the people - especially Silvio and Simone - are...guess what? Amazing as well! If you want to spend a couple of days in this almost unknown part of Tuscany and if you value good food and drinks in an authentic Italian atmosphere: This is the right place! Can't wait to come back and to open the next bottle "Peposo" on its beautiful terrace with the unbelievable view into the open land! "Prost!", like we say in Bavaria!
