Pulito e ben tenuto, prezzi giusti. È posto non lontano da spiagge incantevoli e da borghi tipici, si possono fare escursioni naturalistiche Located in the beautiful family-run Tuscan countryside. Martina and Lorenzo welcome with such kindness, they offer products from their company. Clean and well maintained, fair prices. It is located not far from enchanting beaches and typical villages, naturalistic excursions can be made

Martina e Lorenzo gentilissimi ci hanno dato tantissimi consigli su ristoranti e spiagge sempre super disponibili anche telefonicamente. Camere pulite tutte con bagno privato. Cucina attrezzata di tutto. Nei giorni che siamo stati li ci hanno portato i prodotti dell' orto, frutta, verdura e il latte appena munto di mattina. Stra consigliato!!! Torneremo! Lovely place in Maremma. Martina and Lorenzo were very kind and gave us lots of advice on restaurants and beaches that are always available by phone. Clean rooms all with private bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. In the days we were there they brought us the products of the garden, fruit, vegetables and fresh milk in the morning. Stra recommended !!! We'll be back!

Eravamo sistemati nell'appartamento grande ogni camera con il suo bagno, comodissimo, nuovo tutto l'appartamento, cucina enorme con doppi fuochi e frigoriferi. Verde fuori curato e ben tenuto. Gentilissimi i proprietari ottimo latte fresco, frutta e verdura. Comodo per arrivare alle spiagge stupende dell'argentario ma anche per arrivare ai caratteristici borghi medievali intorno come Talamone e Capalbio, Orbetello. Consigliatissimo per alloggiare da qst parti. Beautiful farm in the middle of the beautiful countryside of the Maremma .... We were placed in the large apartment each room with its bathroom, very comfortable, new throughout the apartment, huge kitchen with double burners and refrigerators. Green outside well kept and well maintained. Dear owners, excellent fresh milk, fruit and vegetables. Convenient to get to the beautiful beaches of the Argentario but also to get to the characteristic medieval villages around such as Talamone and Capalbio, Orbetello. Highly recommended for staying here.

Ci hanno accolto con un cestino dei loro prodotti (frutta, verdura, pasta di grani antichi, una buonissima torta per la colazione, il latte appena munto è buonissimo) Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni meravigliosi monolocale, immerso nel verde, con loro cani e gatti che ci facevano compagnia. La sera ci si perde nel cielo stellato, senza inquinamento luminoso, con i rumori della natura. Al ritorno sottosera abbiamo anche visto un capriolo, i bambini erano entusiasti. Superb place in the Maremma countryside, not far from the sea. Martina and Lorenzo know how to put you at ease. They welcomed us with a basket of their products (fruit, vegetables, ancient grain pasta, a very good cake for breakfast, fresh milk is delicious) We stayed 4 wonderful days in the studio, surrounded by greenery, with their dogs and cats who kept us company. In the evening you get lost in the starry sky, without light pollution, with the sounds of nature. On the way back in the evening we also saw a roe deer, the children were enthusiastic.

Luogo tranquillo circondato da fantastici paesaggi! Martina al mattino ci ha deliziato con un cesto pieno di prodotti di produzione propria per la colazione! (Presenza anche di caffè, zucchero e condimenti vari da non sottovalutare) Abbiamo trovato tutto a nostra disposizione.. manca qualcosa?? Basta chiedere a Martina! ❤️ Complimenti! Torneremo sicuramente ❤️ We stayed in this magnificent Podere ... what to say ... Martina's welcome was wonderful, the place is truly fantastic as they make you feel at home! Quiet place surrounded by fantastic landscapes! Martina delighted us in the morning with a basket full of homemade products for breakfast! (Presence also of coffee, sugar and various condiments not to be underestimated) We found everything at our disposal .. something is missing? Just ask Martina! ❤️ Well done! We will definitely be back ❤️

Un vero santuario di pace e ristoro: il giusto equilibrio tra semplicità, divertimento e profondità. Martina e Lorenzo sono gentilissimi, accoglienti e generosi. Disponibili e simpatici, oltre che appassionati e dediti alla loro occupazione, sono capaci di farti sentire a casa in un attimo. Per me è stata un'esperienza unica che ricorderò a lungo con piacere. Consigliatissimo. Grazie ragazzi! Beautiful place nestled in the Maremma countryside, excellent hospitality and exquisite food. A true sanctuary of peace and refreshment: the right balance between simplicity, fun and depth. Martina and Lorenzo are very kind, welcoming and generous. Available and nice, as well as passionate and dedicated to their occupation, they are able to make you feel at home in an instant. Si possono parcheggiare auto e bici sotto la tettoia protetta all'ingresso del podere. Abbiamo soggiornato a cavallo dell'Epifania per cui non abbiamo potuto godere di tutte le opportunità del luogo ma anche così l'accoglienza di Martina è stata straordinaria. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite e dotate di pompa di calore caldo/freddo. All'esterno c'è una cucina altezzata per la primavera/estate e un'ampia stanza comune interna con ulteriori cucine, forni, lavatrice, etc. Fuori c'è un vasto cortile attrezzato con giochi per bambini. La struttura è semplice e senza troppe pretese ma d'altro canto il punto forte è la gestione. Martina è presente e al tempo stesso discreta e garantisce ogni tipo di assistenza. Ci ha offerto una colazione con prodotti locali o autoprodotti e propone in vendita farine e paste di grani antichi autoctoni, nonché oli e vini. Assolutamente consigliato a tutti, per le famiglie con bambini in primis, ma anche per gruppi di amici e coppie, incluso chi viaggia da solo. Lo consiglierei anche a chi, come me, è appassionato di cicloturismo ma segnalo che (almeno di inverno) non c'è un vero servizio ristorazione interno ma si può cucinare in autonomia o lasciarsi consigliare i migliori ristoranti della zona ad alcuni chilometri di distanza. The farm is immersed in the Maremma countryside and can be reached by an easy, recently resurfaced road. You can park cars and bicycles under the protected canopy at the entrance to the farm. We stayed at the turn of the Epiphany so we could not enjoy all the opportunities of the place but even so Martina's welcome was extraordinary. The rooms are cozy and clean and equipped with a hot / cold heat pump. Outside there is a heightened kitchen for spring / summer and a large internal common room with additional kitchens, ovens, washing machines, etc. Outside there is a large courtyard equipped with games for children. The structure is simple and without too many pretensions but on the other hand the strong point is the management. Martina is present and at the same time discreet and guarantees any kind of assistance. He offered us a breakfast with local or self-produced products and offers for sale flours and pastas of native ancient grains, as well as oils and wines. Absolutely recommended for everyone, especially for families with children, but also for groups of friends and couples, including those traveling alone. I would also recommend it to those who, like me, are passionate about cycling but I point out that (at least in winter) there is no real internal catering service but you can cook independently or let yourself be recommended the best restaurants in the area a few kilometers away.
