Un podere immerso nella campagna fiorentina, circondato da ulivi. Qua si respira un aria quasi ancestrale, dove i ricordi si mescolano e si fondono con il presente. La cucina schietta ed onesta, piatti della tradizione che strizzano l'occhio all'innovazione ed a nuove esperienze. Un percorso culinario bellissimo, sincero e curioso.
A farm in the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive trees. Here you can breathe an almost ancestral air, where memories mingle and blend with the present. The frank and honest cuisine, traditional dishes that wink innovation and new experiences. A wonderful culinary journey, sincere and curious.

Un luogo fuori dal tempo...immerso tra ulivi che disegnano i contorni delle colline circostanti. Un accogliente casale arredato con gusto e amore, lo stesso amore e passione che ritroviamo nelle deliziose pietanze preparate dallo Chef Edoardo Tilli e la sua brigata. Piatti che hanno un equilibrio e un gusto "mutevole" In bocca, talmente grande Γ¨ lo studio e la conoscenza alle spalle delle materie prime, che consente loro di far sprigionare all'interno del singolo boccone una Sinfonia di sapori. Grazie per questa esperienza "sensoriale"... A presto. PS: Consiglio anche di fermarsi a dormire nelle splendide camere a disposizione dei clienti. Ricavate da stalle, e davvero molto caratteristiche e accoglienti.
A place out of time ... surrounded by olive trees that draw the contours of the surrounding hills. A welcoming farmhouse furnished with taste and love, the same love and passion that we find in the delicious dishes prepared by Chef Edoardo Tilli and his brigade. Dishes that have a balance and a "changeable" taste. In the mouth, the study and knowledge behind the raw materials is so great that it allows them to release a symphony of flavors within a single bite. Thank you for this "sensory" experience ... Soon. PS: I also recommend stopping to sleep in the splendid rooms available to customers. Made from stables, and really very characteristic and welcoming.

Vi prego di non venire qui. Non fate la strada. Non ne vale la pena. Se cercate una cucina banale, tradizionale e noiosa, vi prego di andare altove. Qui trovate un β€œpazzo” che vuole condividere la sua follia. Non chiedete, non fate troppe domande. Lasciatevi prendere per mano e trasportare in un universo onirico. Bisogna avere un palato allenato e voglia di esperienze. Allora siete nel posto giusto per voi. Qui, anche il tagiere di salumi e formaggi Γ¨ qualcosa di incredibilmente differente

Best place for fine dining and peaceful holidays. Chef Edoardo, the family and all the staffs are really good. Deserve to visit if you are from even far countries like Korea, USA, Australia.

Weβ€˜ve been to this restaurant right at the beginning of our vacation in Tuscany and it was absolutely amazing. First the place itself: The view from the terrace is extraordinary especially while you see the sun slowly going down above the hills. There’s probably no better place for calming down and relaxing while eating a superb menu. Second the food: To keep it short…We barely ever ate that good in any other restaurant. The eight-course-menu we had is - in my opinion - at least worth one Michelin-Star since it was not only super tasteful but also creative. We also really like the concept of the restaurant to use as much ingredients produced on the own ground as possible. Further some of the courses were finished right in front of our eyes on the table. If you are not only searching for a place with good food but also an evening that’s an event than you’re absolutely right here. Last but not least the chef and his wife: Both (as well as all the other staff working in this restaurant) are really kind people who care about their guests. It was especially interesting hearing the chef Edoardo Tilli himself explaining his ideas behind his eight-course-menu to us at the end of the evening. All in all the Podere Belvedere Tuscany is an amazing place we really like to come back to whilst our next visit in Tuscany!
