We stayed in the villa Casa Nova, welcoming and surrounded by the greenery of a postcard landscape. Full kitchen except microwave. Very attentive and kind staff

β β β β β The regular chianti at 10β¬ is a bargain. The reserve at 16β¬ is a steal, and I would have expected to pay 3 to 4 times that much for such great wine. Winery tour was fun and informative, (this was my third time) and we were lucky enough to be there on bottling day with the mobile contract bottlers. Fay, the owner is a real sweetheart and wonderful host, she made the most amazing charcuterie plates and fed us well. She comped our tour when I said it was our third visit, and then let us play with her truffle dogs who needed exercise, and then showed me and my wife how they would go find truffles. A totally unexpected gem with the doggies.

β β β β β An excellent organic winery, a real farm and a great restaurant, in a lovely place spotted on the top of Montefiesole hill with stunning view and historic villa.
You can't ask for more.
A perfect place for a bike tour, close to Florence but very peaceful and green.
