Inoltre qualche giorno fa ha piovuto ed è entrata l'acqua in casa da una finestra chiusa. Dopo aver preso i soldi ci hanno fatto aspettare 6 mesi per un coprifilo(disinteressandosene alla grande tanto i soldi li avevano presi) visto che era arrivato quello sbagliato e gliene veniva ancora a loro.Alla fine per la disperazione ce lo siamo dovuti andare a prendere noi (perché loro si sono rifiutati, tanto i soldi li avevano incassati)e ce lo siamo fatti montare da persone come si deve.Non sanno trattare con i clienti, molto maleducati. Nessun problema sino ad oggi anche con la porta più vecchia , qualità del prodotto, cortesia , trasparenza nei preventivi e la certezza di godere di un supporto diretto e sempre presente non ci hanno fatto venire il minimo dubbio di acquistare eventualmente da altri per la nuova casa. Non posso che raccomandare Podella per l'acquisto della propria porta blindata ,ma non solo ,considerata anche la vasta offerta di porte da interno, serramenti, infissi e zanzariere. La porta è molto bella e di buona qualità! Molto soddisfatti della qualità/prezzo, della comunicazione con la ditta e del montaggio. We turned to them to change the front door.
